Excellent staff who are bilingual and give exceptional customer service. Even if they speak your language, they always try to help and communicate by getting a translator. Felt very welcome the very first moment I walk into the store

if I could give them negative stars I would.Added a line with own-device from Apple and already have apple insurance. They randomly added insurance that costs $17 on the new line and all kind of features including home protection or whatever just because my aunt doesn’t speak english well. I had to made calls to at&t cs just to adjusted these charges since they made our bill increased tremendously with that one line added.Such shady place. PLEASE DONT COME HERE!!!

A lady who helped me with a problem that I needed to solve seemed like she wanted to help me, then the manager arrived with his disgusting arrogance and his unfriendly face, he didn't help me AT ALL, it was clear on his face that he didn't want to solve my problem ...Terrible customer service from the manager...
