I now have a new florist in The Heights! I called this morning with a last minute order for a birthday arrangement and Maria was so helpful. Gave her my budget and she created a masterpiece. I called at 10 am and order will be delivered by 1 pm today!

Wanted to share my positive experience with Athas Florist. I came across Maria when she delivered beautiful flowers to a funeral home. When I visited in store, her employee was very enthusiastic and showed me different size of products they offered.When I finally met Maria, she listened patiently to what I wanted and gave me good recommendation. I wanted to order more flowers but she said what I have ordered should be sufficient. Mind you she could have made more money by taking my order but she was being honest and thoughtful.The casket spray came out to be magnificent. A skilled florist with conscience deserves a shoutout!

Horrible horrible service, the arrangement was ordered and look what we received. Look at the arrangement that was ordered to be made and the one that arrived. If you cannot comply, do not accept the business and to make matters worse, you picked up the arrangement and got upset. What he did is unprofessional. They don't work. Do not order here.

I have been using ATHAS for years. Always beautiful flowers that last longer than expected. I always pick up so cannot speak to delivery services. I find them reasonable, helpful and of great quality. Everything you can ask for!

As I stated on my previous review, is not about the transaction THAT WAS CANCELED BECAUSE YOU SEND ME THE WRONG FLOWERS is about the bad service and communication from your employee. Going back and forward with a customer shows how poor your customer service knowledge is and by unnecessarily replying with the detailed transaction you BROKE YOUR OWN PRIVACY POLICY that is located in your page, if anyone wants to read it. Not only you didn't identify the issue in my review, but you showed unprofessionalism. I look like an angry customer, but you look like a clown. If you have time to reply I'm pretty sure you have time to train your employees. Be wise. AVAS policy says that I have 7 days to return the item to the merchant. I suggest that you read YOUR policies and your partnership's policies before writing me back.

I ordered flowers from here on a Friday to be to be delivered that same day. The flowers lasted 3 days and when I called to let them know the issue, they told me no refunds or replacement. Although the flowers were beautiful, the quality of the flowers were less than mediocre. I was trying to support a local business but will no longer be supporting this one.
