Andrea did a great job helping me solving issues, in a very professional manner. She took the time to fix problems other associates created (online customer care - extremely rude and totally helpless) and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I was not greeted warmly. It seemed like I was a bother. The rep I spoke with was not very knowledgeable and the ones she asked for help from didn't seem very knowledgeable so much so that I requested to view the info they spoke about so I could read the details myself because they seemed unsure. Then, after making a decision I was told I would be charged double taxes if they did it in store but if I did it online it would be cheaper. So I sat there and tried doing it online then online it said my number was not eligible to be used. So I showed it to them and they said it was because Cricket is a subsidiary of AT&T so they probably can't port the #. So, I said ok and cancelled it and went to T-Mobile. When I went to T-Mobile long story short AT&T did port my number and set up an account and now they are telling me I have to pay to activate the account so I can have a pin # in order to remove the port out protection so that I can port my number to T-Mobile. I spent the ENTIRE day from around 11:30 am- 7:30 pm going back and forth from AT&T to T-Mobile trying to get this taken care of and it is still not fixed. I am beyond irritated.

There are only 2 people working at the store. Came and waited for almost an hour and get no help. I have been to multiple stores but this is the first time I had to wait that long. Understood that they are helping other people but really they can’t speed up or offer some other solutions. There are 4 or 5 people after me and still waiting. The people working here taking their sweet time talking and chatting to the customers. Maybe if they focus on their job, it will get faster.

Ricardo was my customer service representative while at AT&T today. He went above and beyond assisting my wife and I in adding a new phone line to our account for our daughter in doing so he assisted in child proofing the new phone. Ricardo stay at the store assisting my wife and I an hour after the store closed. I have never received such great customer service from an AT&T representative in my 30 plus years as a customer. My wife and I are very thankful for him, his patience, knowledge and A1 customer service. Thanks again Ricardo!!!

Very poor customer service. Mostly young males who are very inattentive to your needs, unprofessional, constantly scrolling on their cell phones, talking over your head about the new Nintendo Switch. Please do not visit this location if you really need help.

I had a very upsetting experience at this business due to the behavior of the manager Will , Will. Not only was his customer service unprofessional, but I also witnessed behavior that came across as discriminatory. He treated Spanish-speaking customers differently, showing clear discomfort when handling their items — almost as if it disgusted him.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. All customers deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background or language. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge the company to take a closer look at how its staff is treating people.
