I cannot say enough good things about the people in this store. I had the most unbelievably difficult phone situation to deal with that required hours from three different associates that worked there, and let me tell you. AUSTIN, ERIC and MARCEL went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out over three different store visits. I can not say enough good things about these people. Don't mess with those little dinky retail stores. Stick with a large and extremely professional CORPORATE STORE like this one. It will be well worth your time and money. Thank you to all the guys that helped me and my friend, Maxine. I am forever grateful.

Give Eric boutte a raise ! I was being finessed by a different sales rep that charged me money and messed up my whole account but Eric saved the day . Great customer service and was able to keep me as a customer because he made sure everything was okay . Thanks again !

Review for AT&T Store – 13341 Westheimer Rd., Houston, TX 77082
I am extremely disappointed with the experience my wife and daughter had at this AT&T location. A representative by the name of Ryan was not only unhelpful but also shockingly rude. He raised his voice at them in front of other customers and showed no willingness to assist with their needs.
As long-time T-Mobile customers looking to make the switch to AT&T, this kind of treatment is deeply concerning. If Ryan is the face of customer service at AT&T, it certainly gives my family and me serious doubts about moving forward with this provider. Respect and professionalism should be the standard—not the exception. I hope AT&T addresses this issue and holds their staff to a higher standard of conduct.

This location is among the best, had a great visit from arrival to final check out, Etic is super focused on his customers , he has great skills to deal with any customer and good listening , he provided all type of answers I could think of during my visit related and did a great job to convince me ti switch from a competitor to ATT

TERRIBLE customer service !!!!!! The white guy with the beard , i wish i got his name , was super rude to me !!! He did not try to help me at all and had a really smart mouth ! I was coming in to see if they would still give me trade in credit for my phone even though it was after 30 days and he was sooo stand offish and was like “you need to take that up with customer loyalty” , no help at all.
This location should be ashamed having customer service reps like that !!! Ruined my day.
