Something is wrong with this location. None of the salespeople smile- they actually frown and are very unhelpful. They seem happy to frustrate you by not giving you the accurate info to upgrade your phone or get any promotions that you may be entitled to. I’ve waiting various long waits, presented my ID and answered their questions but when it comes to customer service - I’d give them no stars. I just put 1 star as there was no choice. This location needs new management and/or new employees because it doesn’t make sense why they are there if they can’t assist customers in a respectful or pleasant manner.

This has got to be the worst AT&T stores with the worst staff. The salesman when i went to buy a new Samsung Flip 6 and trade in my iphone promised on the 22nd, thursday. that i had 30 days to return the iphone and would get $1100 credit. Then when i went in 4 days later to turn in my iphone he said the sale had expired on Friday, the 23rd and would only give $800 credit now. he also could not tell me a breakdown of what my monthly bill would be. when i asked to see the manager why the deal changed, he went to ask and came back and said sorry he had made a mistake. at a different store the salesmen are trained to say, you may have 30 days but the deal will expire tomorrow if you dont return the iphone. Salesman was rude when i got angry that he couldnt explain breakdown of my bill nor was willing to honor the original deal. another employee stepped in and instead of being understanding was just as rude and said no one in the store would help nor honor the deal. so i left. will call the 800 number to complain and find out why such poor service is encouraged, when we as customers as spending thousands of dollars a year. definitely had better service at Verizon and T-Mobile and will probably switch. seems like there is an arrogance that if you want ATT service and the phone, deal with what we dish out.

Britnei was a great help she explained the differences between 15plus and other phones. Explained the billing and all benefits. Answered all our questions. We left the AT&T store very happy. Also the manager Joe was also a great help.

I normally avoid stand alone phone stores. I used to only buy my family’s phones at Costco, but it’s not really worth it anymore. During my visit yesterday, Juan “JC” was ridiculously helpful. He was patient, asked tons of questions, and helped me to pick the right phones and service for me and not what they wanted to sell that day. Great experience!

My Motorola Razr developed a black line across the folding seem. The top screen was dead. Ynessa spent almost 2hours figuring out how to circumvent the dead screen, so she could transfer my data to a new phone. She is a genius, and I am so relieved.

I visited the AT&T store near I-10 and Taylor. Jesus, the AT&T rep who helped me transfer my cell service from Verizon to AT&T, was wonderful. I was helped right away and Jesus was able to guide me to the right data plan and the best new phone.
He was incredibly easy to talk to, he quickly understood what I wanted to accomplish, and he provided all the answers I needed.
Jesus was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. I appreciated his advice and his ability to provide the best solutions AT&T offers.
I am grateful to him for the outstanding service he provided, and I'm glad I made the switch from Verizon back to AT&T!

Excellent attention
