I recently visited this AT&T store and had an outstanding experience! The friendly staff greeted me and immediately made me feel at ease. Neil took the time to understand my needs and provided personalized recommendations. His knowledge about the plans was impressive, and they patiently answered all my questions.
What stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They ensured I understood what I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this AT&T store for excellent customer service.

Would give zero if I could. The store was supposed to be open. It said closed for lunch and we waited for 40 min and no one answered our calls. Bummer, Neil was helpful the day before 😢
/25 - Neil added an upgraded charge to our account without our consent or informing us about it. We came in today and the associate told us only customer service can cancel that the charge that was added to our account. The associate was not helpful at all…

Miguel was truly a lifesaver today! After not being able to use my phone for HOURS (a result of a lengthy battle with FirstNet and visiting 2 other locations 🙄) he was able to get me back in service and on the road in under 15 minutes! He and Neil were super empathetic to my situation and got me back on the road in no time. If you need assistance with your account I highly recommend this location!
