Martin Velez went far out of his way to help me. I needed to move from post pay to pre-pay which I prefer. And another location wouldn't do it, saying "They weren't a corporate store." So I was directed towards Martin's store. He took care of my request without hesitation! And help me see and setup my account on the spot. I'll definitely be going back to that location because of Martin. Thanks!

Went to the store to take over a deceased loved one’s account. Manager Kerry was so helpful and made the processes as smooth as could be. Thank you, Kerry!!!

Commission based - only focused on selling you stuff. They will lie to your face to make a sale. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Long story short, the team here is on a commission base, they will say or do whatever they can to get you to start a new service, that is how they make commissions. They do not care if it is better or worse for you. Call At&t 1st when setting up new service, they aren't commission based at the call center, and if you are an existing customer they usually have the better deal.
I had already been with At&t for 2 years and came here to simply transfer service from one place to another. They explained that it would be cheaper to start a new service. Then migrate over my wireless to the new Internet. When I called to cancel, they explained that because I have been a long time customer that I would have gotten a better deal and not had a hard check on my credit. Because of the entire issue I currently don't have Internet because we had to cancel the new service in order to keep my longevity with At&t.
All around both at the store and calling to talk to someone has been a nightmare, all of this would have been avoided if they had just transferred me over like I asked, or I called rather than ever stepping into this store.

My recent experience with AT&T left a bitter taste, prompting me to share a warning about the notably poor customer service I encountered. It's unfortunate to recount that from the very outset, the service was not just below average—it was downright unhelpful and rude.
Upon entering one of AT&T’s retail locations, I was met with a chaotic atmosphere where the staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers. After managing to get the attention of a representative, the lack of professionalism only continued. The employee seemed utterly uninterested in my queries and concerns about my service plan, providing responses that were both curt and dismissive. This indifference was shocking, especially considering that customer service should be a cornerstone of any service-oriented business.
The situation escalated when I asked for detailed explanations about data plans and billing discrepancies noted in my account. Instead of receiving a patient walk-through, I was subjected to impatient sighs and rolling eyes, as if my questions were a colossal waste of the representative’s time. It was as though my desire to understand my own service plan was an unreasonable demand.
Moreover, the advice I received was contradictory and confusing, leading to no resolution of my issues. One staff member would suggest one course of action, while another would contradict it, showcasing a concerning lack of consistency and communication within the team. This not only wasted my time but also left me without any viable solutions to the problems I was facing with my service.
The pinnacle of this disappointing visit came when I requested to speak with a manager, hoping for a reprieve from the incompetence. Sadly, this too proved futile. The manager mirrored the demeanor of the initial staff, treating my concerns with a similar lack of seriousness and urgency. It seemed as though the customer service policy at AT&T was to deflect and diminish customer issues rather than address them constructively.
As I left the store, I felt a mix of frustration and resignation, having accomplished nothing despite my best efforts to seek help. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer service skills were palpable and entirely unacceptable.
Reflecting on this experience, I am compelled to reconsider my patronage of AT&T. In an age where options for telecommunications providers are plentiful, no customer should have to tolerate such poor treatment. It's essential for potential customers to be aware that while AT&T might offer competitive services on paper, the real-life experience, especially regarding customer service, can be incredibly disheartening.
