If I could post comment without a star it would be no stars. I went into this store Sunday to pay for internet bill. The tenant took my money didn’t tell me my Internet was suspended and put the money on my cell phone bill. It was cash money. Now I have came here 3x this week and no one wants to give me my refund back. The funny thing is I ask for a receipt the tenant told me they would notify me via email. I was told when I call customer service that same night that they didn’t even see money pending to the account. I did not ask to pay cell phone but internet. These people playing with me not taking me serious is not cool. I’m driving from woodlands to the Northline area everyday to get my refund and they are not giving it back to me. I am so disappointed at this and I don’t think anyone deserves this type of service. They keep giving me the run arounds and now I can’t trust the people in the store. They are train to take your money and not give you a receipt. This is my first ever in life rating a company so this must tell you how upset I am.

When I walked in the store in Northline there were 3 employees they were all assisting a customer there was 1 customer waiting after taking care of that customer Daisy came to assist me she was very professional great customer service took her time answering all of my question even took the time to make sure my phone was working all my apps ,pictures, numbers,passwords were all there I was really pleased with Daisy service I will always recommend my friends to go there and ask for Daisy.

Great customer service from Destiny and the Manager, Abdul. I was able to get a new phone plan and also use my Teacher discount. My experience was great! Everything was explained to me upfront, no surprises. Made me feel valued as a customer since 1999. Will use Northline location in the future.
