I must say dealing with AT&T is very stressful and disappointing at times. Whether you call in or visit a storefront, you get more than you bargain for . Case in point, you tell them what bill you come in to pay, they find it, and more. When you call in, you get passed around so much that you just feel like hanging the phone up, and if you do, it will take so long to get your issues addressed. For the life of me, I can not figure out why you can't make a payment for AT&T Direct TV in a storefront unbelievably and unbearable that needs to change.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past 4 years to get my phone screen replacement that I purchased from the AT&T store that I have a warranty on that comes in the mail. it’s never been a problem before, but I guess some rules have changed and that’s fine but the last two times I have walked into this location. There has been this man there that is sort of tall with an oversized shirt that is just extremely rude. He went to the extent to even act like he was on the phone speaking loudly so that the coworker behind him could hear him to tell the other coworker not to do whatever I was asking him to do I thought that that was the most weirdest, most childish way to handle any type of situation. I mean it was almost like he was racist or something. I will be contacting corporate and finding out what his name is to file a full complaint on him because I just thought that that was totally unnecessary. Never again will I come to this location. He worked a shift last night around 7pm 12/21/2024 literally his energy is just evil. And for the record, I’ve never written a Bad review on Google before I had to go out my way and do as such because I’ve never been treated In such a nasty way for absolutely no reason.

My uncle went to pay his phone bill last week and he was offered a cellphone with a trade in. He would just have to pay the difference. He said he would accept the offer for the new phone if he could return it, if he did not like the phone. The sales person agreed and told him he would have up to 1 month to return the phone. He went back within 3 days and the manager got upset because he was trying to return it. The reason for his return was because it wasn't keeping the charge and it was supposed to be a brand new phone. He asked them to transfer his contacts and they didn't even do that correctly. This location blocked his account and his old phone after he gave them back the new phone. He payed about $2,000 for the phone, his phone bill and he's been a loyal customer to AT&T for about 6 yrs now. He had to get a prepaid phone to be able to contact his family. I don't find that reasonable. That's the worst customer service coming from a manager. They are supposed to be cool and level headed since they have to deal with customers on a daily. Their actions are up to the extreme and uncalled for. We had been trying to contact him for days and finally caught up to him yesterday and he said he had been calling us since the day of the incident. The number he was calling was wrong by a digit. Usually if you transfer the contacts through email it would be possible and even if they couldn't transfer the contacts through email, it could've been done through Bluetooth. He is an older man and just uses his phone for calls, video calls with his family in MX, and youtube. He tried going to a different AT&T store and they told him that he would have to go back to the store that blocked his phone to be able to unblock it. I don't think they should be able to do that, especially since he paid for everything and still left empty handed since he returned the phone that they had offered him. I would have given them a 0 star because of this horrible experience and attitude.

I had a Technician named NICK install my Internet and convinced me to get lines as well for a quote of $103 a month for 5 wireless lines and plus a gift card of $140 dollars. Turns out bill comes up of $270 dollars, and said there were some activation fees and that gift card is also charged so it’s not free at all. Called customer service and they told me they put with the wrong plan when he said he will match the plan from T-Mobile. No paperwork signed or explained & misleading information. If you ever consider getting at&t as a wireless company just stick with T-Mobile, their Magenta plan is faster and same price as at&t base plan. Internet is the only thing I can recommend from here.

Went to the store to add a line.. the last told me all I would have to do is pay taxes on the phone.. then you convinced me to get a watch because it was on a "promotional deal".. nothing will change in my account..i walk out the store happy..a month later I get a bill of 800 dollars.. the watch had its own number, and the new line plus the watch was charge an activation fee.. the lady in the store did not mention it to me.. My total bill was change and all lines had the highest plan which she didn't mention she change.. Don't go here the staff is not educated enough and surely not honest.. just looking for a quick sale. Not to mention trying to resolve the issue is overwhelming..

Please be careful at this store because all they care about is the sales and not the customer. My wife’s phone was stolen and went to try to see what the options were for a replacement and the very first thing Sahar try to do was sell her a new phone and add a new line when she should have told my wife that she had insurance that covered the stolen phone. When my wife called me for approval of the charges, I informed her that we had insurance and we could get a replacement phone, Sahar interrupted me and said my wife never told her she had insurance on the phone and it was not her responsibility to look it up. In reality, that is on their computers and should had informed my wife immediately. I instructed my wife to leave the store and not to sign anything but Sahar left the phone on the counter and walked away. Other customers at the store were trying to speak to Store Manager Julio and he said he was too busy and could not help anyone. The same day I had charges on my AT&T account for a new iPhone and a new line that I had never approved or had legal possession. Unfortunately, most customers there were non English speaking and were left without been helped. AT&T I would urge to look into this store’s practices

Drove all the way down there because I was having problems with my phone.
the young lady that helped me her nails were so long she was barely tapping it with the inside of her finger and she was taking forever and so she tried to move a couple of things around and then she said I can't help you you're going to have to take it to somebody that knows how to work with these phones and so we left to another store was over at the other store they did an excellent job we were out of there and maybe 20 minutes
