Elizabeth is terrible she does not know what she’s doing. I sat in that store for 2 hours trying to port my number out. Eventually My number was ported out and was released from T-Mobile. Instead of her talking to customer service until the call was completed she hung up on the representative and didn’t get anything solved. I left the store with my number being released from t mobile and NO DEVICE. terrible terrible terrible. I wish I can give this a 0 star literally

I do not recommend that place. The manager should not be in that position, he does not know how to deal with customers. They give you a premium and then your monthly payment goes out more than you should. In short, they are thieves.

Purchased phones & tablets and the staff is very knowledgeable and informative. I been at this location twice and received the same professional service. The staff speak great Spanish and I recommend them.

Mark was truly amazing. Multi tasking with 4 customers all while giving top notch customer service. 5 o’clock on a Friday and was the only representative and couldn’t have handled it better. Not to mention how knowledgeable he was. Top notch

I visited this store on Dec7, 2023 two times because I needed help activating the cell service on my phone and my son's phone. We had just switched service from Tmobile to ATT. Jay at the store calmly diagnosed the issue and knew right away to update the IMEI number on his end and voila, the cell service to ATT was activated! I highly recommend this store, and I so much appreciated Jay's knowledge and professionalism. I relayed my compliments to the manager Holman Martinez who was also very kind and knowledgeable.

I had run into a problem with one of my lines and had called multiple people, going into the store multiple times and Ke was wonderful with helping me. She called customer service with me in store and helped get to the bottom of the problem. I was able to leave the store with the problem fixed, Ke was great.
