I was there on December 12, 2024. I only have 4 months left to pay off my device. My bills would come up to 160 per month. The store manager offered me a."special," he told me. If I were to add a second line to my current device, I would get a discount that would bring my monthly payment down to 90 dlls per month. Today is February 6th, 2025, and my monthly bill is up to $560 dlls!!!
They lied all of them inside this store to get me to buy something I didn't need, and they overcharged me with fake promises. I'm about to report this to the best business bureau.
Every time I call the AT&T lines, they can't do a thing for me. They just pass you around from line to line without an answer.
