Went on Sunday afternoon March 23rd, Had a great time with Samira i believe of doing the transfer of a phone # i had with another competitor. Then on Wednesday March 25th, had excellent help from Nicole with trying to figure out the problem of the phone transfer and ended up doing a refund of a iphone 15... Gave it a full week (She said it would 1-2 business days for a refund) to see why my refund wasn't in my acct yet, so I tried calling today and the gentlemen who ever answered the phone from 12-12:30, my first phone call to the store put me on hold after asking if i could speak to a manager. Immediately hung up and called twice and when pushing option 1 to talk to the store rep, the line would just hang up.... Called back from my OFFICE PHONE at 12:30pm and immediately said " hi who do i speak to about..?" and I was IMMEDIATELY put on HOLD.! I stayed on hold till 1:05pm.. Ended up getting hold of an actual ATT REPRESENTATIVE BECAUSE I HAD TO TAG ATT ON A SOCIAL MEDIA POST ABOUT THE RUDENESS OF THE GENTLEMEN IGNORING A CUSTOMER!!...

Amazing customer service from this location Luis the manager at this location was amazing and helpful. The atmosphere and environment is very welcoming. Will be coming back to this location for now on.

Amazing service from this location and staffed came in because T-Mobile service went up and I got the best deal with AT&T with my business account I switch all 5 lines and got an amazing deal for 100.00 and new iPhones got them for free because I traded in my old devices. Thanks to the store manager Luis for building my quote and taking the time to give me the best deal. Will be coming back in the fire to this location.

I had an amazing experience at this AT&T store! Barirah was incredibly helpful in transferring my line and upgrading me to a new phone. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process seamless. She took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I got the best deal possible. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made my visit truly enjoyable. If you need any help with your AT&T services, I highly recommend asking for Barirah—she’s fantastic!

Don’t get fooled by the “good comments”, most of them are coming from newly activated phones or elderly people and they take advantage to post the “good comments”
Came here to get an Apple Watch. I have 3 phones and 3 watches, anyways, I knew exactly what wanted/needed, and clearly said to the lady that I don’t need insurance on that watch, and she didn’t care.
I understand this business and everything it’s about the commission, always make sure you double check the receipts, and keep them with you or take a picture. Always check your bill and what they are charging you.
This people always gonna put you on the most expensive plan, insurance, international calling, etc… lot of things that most likely you don’t even need.
Follow my advice or even better, look for another location. Times are difficult but play honestly pleasaseee! You have to be careful bc even at restaurant people is changing the amount of tip… but that’s a different story…

Customer service support from Nicole at the AT&T store was next level and excellent Customer Service helping me and my Mother who is a senior. Her patience and expert knowledge was Amazing! Great job Nicole, she should be the spokesperson for AT&T

I ordered an iPhone through AT&T website and this sites was where I reserved to pickup my new phone and I had the pleasure of working with Nicole, Luis and some other fabulous staff. They transferred my contents from my old phone and made sure that my new phone was setup before I left the store. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to walk into an AT&T store and be greeted with smiling faces and down to earth folk. Thank you for the great service.

Amazing service today at the 290 location, went in today and Luis the store manager helped me with a problem I had with my bill. I highly recommend this store they are very patient and everyone in the store makes you feel welcomed
