Poor customer service. I walked into the store, stood for a few minutes and waited for a store associate to acknowledge my son and I. After waiting a few minutes we sat and waited to be acknowledged. None of the store associates greeted us nor acknowledged us. We departed the store hereafter.

I had an appointment to address a cellular issue I’d been experiencing, but the AT&T representative was dismissive and offered no real solutions. He told me the only option was a network reset, but that I had to be an authorized user on my AT&T family account. Unfortunately, I wasn't authorized, and he said nothing could be done until 24-48 hours after I was granted access. He also assured me there were no outages in my area and suggested I try resetting my network at home.
However, just two hours later, I researched the issue online, called AT&T support, and was able to reset my network without being an authorized user—something the representative could have easily tested himself. Unfortunately, the reset didn’t solve the problem. I had to call AT&T support again and, after a lengthy conversation, was informed that there were in fact multiple outages in my area. This store was not only unhelpful, but the staff didn’t seem to make any effort to assist me.

Arthur and Fabian were so helpful. They helped my mother and myself answering multiple questions.
Helping my mother set up her new phone and making sure all of her devices were working correctly together.
I took my mom in just for that but. Left having some of my own questions answered.
They never made us feel rushed .
Thanks guys for making it a great experience. I will drive from Clear lake to make MEYERLAND my home store !
