One employee just refused to help me. Short chubby Hispanic guy. When I come in he makes a point to avoid me and has an arrogant attitude. I think you'll need to work on better customer service and recognize that I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and not treat me as if I should be grateful that I'm even being allowed to be a customer. I deal with at@t because I think you have the best phone service but the way your employees treat the customers is very condescending and arrogant. I mean to sit and congregate amongst each other and avoid certain customers should not be the common way at your company. And this happens at many stores I have been to so please correct that

Amazing customer service! Brando helped my parents get a better deal on internet (Fiber Air) and spent time explaining the options so that they could make the best decision. We never felt pressured to buy but the way he logically presented the deals made it a no-brainer to switch. My mom is on track to save almost 50 dollars a month switching to AT&T.We will be back to visit Brando specifically!

Brando was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to help us get a new phone and transfer our lines seamlessly. He was patient and really kind to us. I would highly recommend anyone going to this store to see him. We go out of our way to only go there when he is working because he is so nice.

Samantha is the person I go to now. She is very calm so helpful. She has lots of patience and I'm always happy when I walked out of the store, knowing she sold me something I really needed. I hope she is a valued employee!

My husband and I are new to the area, and it was our first time at this location. Brando was the person who helped us and he had excellent customer service, and was very knowledgeable about plans, services, and phones. We will always return to this location, and ask for him!

Went to pay bill at automated but was directed to associate and was being somewhat harassed into purchasing new plans. Told associate " Sorry not interested " at least 5-6 times. What supposed to have been in & out transactions with machine turned into 5-10 minutes of sales pitch. Thought I was in an time share meeting for free cruise

The Meyerland store representatives, Mr. Walt and the store manager were very courteous and professional. They explained everything about my phone service with details and savings insight. I left the store extremely satisfied. I would recommend their store to all who appreciate prompt professional businesses mindedness. Thank you AT&T for employing such well qualified representatives.

I arrived exactly 20 mins after the store opened, and every representative was helping a customer, so the 20 minutes or so that I waited was expected and not bad at all. Samantha assisted me, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient. I always have a pleasant experience at this store.
