They mailed us another router (which we did not need) and a letter stating that if we don’t return the old router and cables in 21 days we will be charged $100+. I take the old router and the cables to the store to return and they tell me they can’t help me, only UPS or Fedex will accept the return? What an insane business model that just created work for me as a customer.

The service is horrible, I was attended by a young lady who does not speak Spanish and since I wanted better information I asked her if someone who spoke Spanish could assist me, next to me there was a young man who heard us (this young man works in the store) he asked me what I needed but then he received a call and started talking on the phone and left me alone, waiting for him, then another young man appeared who in addition to being very rude told me, why had I not bought the cell phone with them, why had I bought the cell phone with Apple, nevertheless, he took my cell phone and returned it very bad-tempered, at that moment I told him that honestly I preferred to leave the process there and I went to another store, the service is the worst, please if any manager reads this, start a search for new staff, because the service is terrible and very rude

I've been to this location ever since joining the AT&T team. I have never had a problem with the staff.
I can attest, they have always been a great help until today in dealing with a young man named Robert. Coming home from work i stopped to ask questions about my bill and storage on my phone.
EVERY answer he gave me was "I dunno." Every answer.
Horrible customer service.
Hopefully I can go sooner to deal with the day shift.
Do better please.

One of the worst experiences while trading in a phone specifically the manager, Isaac Thompson is incompetent and lazy.
He has no understanding on how to deactivate a trade-in phone before issuing a new one. I had to tell him how to do this upon which he argued then finally relented and executed the steps as I told him, while trading in my daughters phone
The others in the store are more interested in chitchatting and hitting on young girls and screw up transactions.
AT&T should definitely shut down the store and deactivate their license since there are other stores in the area whose service is competent and trusting.

They did not help with the solution of anything and even though they are Latinos they are racists they do not treat the same and even more so when English is not spoken they do not help you on the contrary they complicate things more for you I never recommend AT&T nor by phone

AT&T is easily the worst home internet company I have ever worked with. Their customer service is horrible. They don’t come fix outages that are their fault for DAYS & when it is actually working… it’s too slow to reach my living room in a 2 bedroom apartment.

I was received by Jose coronel, by my look gave me a bad service. I insisted, trying to understand why this behavior. He did not even ask my number to find out why I was here. He first misled me ,had me on the phone with another carrier and later told me I can not transfer the line and when I asked him to upgrade my phone, he told me that I have to pay 500$, I asked him for what reason because I had previously called att customer service about it and I was approved for upgrade,that’s where he asked my number to access my account. Just unprofessional
