Theexcellent, indeed exemplary, customer service that I received while at the store on Saturday, March 9, 2024. I recall the gentleman who was helping me was wearing a name tag identifying him as ‘Peter.’
Peter was pretty much perfect, enabling me to learn what I needed to learn, and depart the store, with a new, working phone, and new AT&T mobile service, in stunningly little time. The gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, generous with identifying my options, and even tolerant of my often-moribund sense of humor. He appeared to me determined to make my visit productive and successful.

I live in the city but dislike the AT&T stores near me due to bad customer service and I happened to be in the area of this store and came to this location. Both guys were good and nice and greeted me immediately when I walked in the store and Chris helped me with upgrading my phone and the other young man helped me the next day with trading in my phone. Very easy process & both gentlemen were polite. I would recommend this store location.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received while purchasing a phone as the salesperson misstated that I would receive $350 for trading-in/upgrading my phone after I repeatedly asked him about the terms of the policy, Sure enough a few weeks after trading in my phone, AT&T informed me I would be receiving $0 for the phone I returned. Neither AT&T or the store refused to make good on the salesperson's assurances to me. Given the other AT&T stores readily available in the area, I would definitely steer clear of this one.

Made the mistake of ordering a phone from here. Do not use any Prime Communications authorized AT&T retailers (you can look them up on BBB).We wanted the phone to be delivered to the store and the store rep failed to put "C/O AT&T". Upon multiple delivery attempts by UPS, we finally find out that the delivery was refused by the store manager since they don't accept customer deliveries. Then why in the world did the store rep order it and if they did, why wasnt this communicated amongst the store team so that this package wasn't refused due to lack of awareness by the Manager? Wasted so much time with numerous, long calls to AT&T customer service and them trying to find out from the shipping backend as to what transpired, when all along the mishap was caused by the store and their lack of training and communications. Beware of Prime Communications!

I came in to upgrade my phone. Employee just looked at me and said sorry you can't upgrade phone unless it's paid off. Didn't care I had an upgrade available. Both employees looked more concerned about playing on phones then helping me. Stay away.
