My experience at this AT&T store was incredibly disappointing. The customer service was unacceptable—they do not acknowledge new customers when the store is busy, especially customers from diverse backgrounds. I observed Black customers, including myself, being made to wait for extended periods without any acknowledgment or effort to assist us.
It was clear that patience and respect were not reciprocated, and there was a noticeable lack of value placed on customers from different ethnic backgrounds. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for a brand like AT&T. I would not recommend this store to anyone seeking fair and respectful service.
