Great service especially with Carlos Alvares. He explains everything so you understand and takes you through all the processes, making sure you get all the deals you deserve. Always ready to help anytime. I wait for him everytime I visit the store and I will not go to any other store and assistant given a choice.😊😊

This AT&T authorized retailer lied to us.
I added my partner to my plan, and we were geared up to get a new phone. However, they went ahead with adding her current phone to the plan (she still had pictures/documents to back up), telling us we had thirty days to come back and finance the new phone we wanted. (This is untrue as we found out.) As soon as the transfer was complete, the phone was immediately carrier-locked and they told us we had to go elsewhere to fix it. (Keep in mind we could have still just GOTTEN A PHONE at this point, but they were insistent we come back later.)
When that didn't work, we came back and they told us that we were locked into the current configuration for 90 days and that we blew our only opportunity to do it. THEN they told us that if we gave them 250 dollars for the phone that they'd suddenly be able to do it. On top of this all, the manager made rude and misogynistic comments in front of me, my partner, AND a female employee. That was the last time we set foot in the store.
After visiting the AT&T corporate store at 1505 S. Mason, they were baffled as to how they could have so flagrantly misrepresented how the service worked and those fine folks jumped through so many hoops to try and repair the damage done to my account. Even then, the only way I was able to get my partner's line working again was to increase my bill.
To the woman who works there who likely has to put up with that manager's behavior all the time, I'm sorry you have to work in those conditions.

Tony was very professional and knowledgeable about all the devices and plans AT&T had to offer. Tony worked very quickly and was able to get me in and out of the store very quickly. I would highly recommend working with Tony the next time you stop by AT&T.
