Went in to exchange a 15 for a 15 pro. Salesperson acted totally disinterested in my being there and to make it worse, was on his phone most of the time I was talking to him face to face. Terrible disrespect. He also gave me some information that I know to be inaccurate. Not a good experience at all.

We had yo visit 3 AT T stores before. This branch of AT&T was the only where they understood our problem and solved. Christian (reprs) was great and super helpful. He speaks French, English and Spanish

We’ve been looking for some answers and decided to walk into one of the AT&T stores located at Katy Freeway. The agent Christian was very helpful and managed to resolve our case in a very intelligent and quick way explaining all the necessary details for the new wireless plan.

Absolutely disgusted! This guy Chris singed me up for AT&T wireless and put me on the most expensive plan without consulting. After confronting him, he tells me he will adjust the bill and from then on just ignored any communications. Just outrageous!
