My husband came in here trying to convince me to switch over. I didn't want to try a big company because I know they usually do not honor what they offer. He ended up switching alone and was told that his phone would give him an $800 trade in value. Long story short he gave them his phone and after a few billion cycles of the credit not being given and him calling every month they told him his phone didn't qualify and was sent back. He went to the store and they don't have it there. The manager said she'd find out what happened and call him back. He never got an answer. These people are scanmers. Do not do business with them. We will we filling with the BBB if nothing is resolved. I've been with cricket for over 5 years and never had a single issue. This side of att was an issue since day 1. Don't believe them! Thay also tacked on insurance without asking. 0 stars
Edit after response: im not going to waste time calling you so you can tell me you'll call back with a solution. You had months to fix it and never honored your word. Terrible service. I went to the BBB and see several complaints. You guys don't even have 2 stars on the BBB due to the same complaints. His phone just got cut off due to this issue. If you really want to fix it, you have his number, call and make it right.

Went to this store after some troubles at an “authorized dealer” AT&T store. This staff is excellent. Kat was efficient and helped me with my concerns quickly! They were kind and understanding.
After a disappointing experience at the other location, my faith in AT&T was restored by this visit. Thank you!

Went in on 9/28/25 late afternoon. Luis provided smooth trade-in process to receive the S25 Ultra.
Regarding the AT&T app, my family was trying to set up a specific split-pay setting and we were lost.
Aside from the trade-in process, Luis went above and beyond with his top tier customer service and technical skills on resolving our issue on the app setting up split-pay.
Luis deserves a raise for his top tier customer service and technical skills.
Overall amazing experience here, just make sure to have everything with you.

Ms. Bebe the ATT rep is so sweet and kind and helpful. Im so happy that she took care of my very complicated problem. My old iphone 12 was smashed and i wanted to order the new 17 pro. I got it the day it came out.

I had an equipment exchange appointment set up for today from 10 AM to 12 noon. The technician never showed up, never reply back to any of my messages, giving notice of a timeframe after the set time. After speaking to a customer service representative at 5 PM they also could not get in touch with the technician now I have gotten a message stating that my new appointment will be scheduled for next Tuesday From 8 AM to 10 AM this is a inconvenience as this appointment for today was said last week and I have been here waiting all day Without any notice. To set an appointment that was already set for today On a day that is an inconvenience to the customer Is unacceptable.

Ms Kat is rated plus 100. She provided excellent and efficient customer service. All our questions were answered. She setup our Direct TV. Many kudos and we love Direct TV: streaming is so wonderful 💜😊❤️. Wow we should have switched to Direct TV sooner!! Such an abundance and variety of channels.!! My hubby states the scale 1 to 5 should be multiplied to 100++.
