Lance Evanselister was very helpful. I’m not a tech guy and I was a little apprehensive about the process thinking I was going to lose some of my info because of the phone to phone transfer. I did not lose anything. I am pleased.

After fighting for months with customer service over charges on my account that were incorrect I was finally sent in store to resolve the issue. Chris helped us and listened to the very long and complicated issue and was able to resolve our issue. He offered to call his side of customer service and spent a good amount of time clearly explaining our issue to the person on the phone. Chris was able to solve our problem and then some. I greatly appreciate the time he took to listen and fully take care of the problem I had. Thank you!!

First ATT store had low inventory of phones, so they told me to go to Apple Store. Once there could not complete purchase due to ATT online issues. Spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get it resolved with ATT; they could not fix the problem and ended having to leave the Apple store and purchase a phone at another ATT location. Frustrating

This is strictly for Donald. He was absolutely amazing, he helped me out and was very patient with me as we tried to figure out and solve the issue. I went in twice and each time he was kind and very helpful. 10/10 service

Worst customer service ever! The young woman was sitting there, not wanting to help with much just telling me to go to the Apple store to get the help I needed! Save your energy and choose a different store before wasting your time at this one.

The worst employees ever. They are rude and will send you on a wild goose chase to fix your phone which will only lead you back to going to the AT&T store. Close this location down. Absolutely ridiculous! Go to any other store.

Worst customer service ever. Last week, I bought my iPhone 14 Pro here and enrolled in the AT&T Unlimited Starter plan. I specifically asked the casher Leah E to choose this plan for me without any add-on services like AT&T Next Up. And guess what, one week later my bill arrives with the AT&T Unlimited Extra plan and the additional service??? This is basically cheating. I cannot believe that the biggest telecommunications company in the US did the worst thing. IS THIS THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER??!! BY TOLDING THE LIE?
