I had a very disappointing experience with AT&T. I traded in my phone as part of a promotion to receive the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL. Despite being charged $246 in taxes, the new phone was never delivered to my address. Trying to resolve the issue through customer service and the staff at the store was incredibly frustrating—they were unhelpful, lacked basic knowledge, and showed no empathy throughout the process. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. This experience was a complete letdown and not what I expected from a company like AT&T.

Kari and Terent did a splendid job of caring for my wife and me today. They identified sales that supplied all our electronic needs! Highly recommended this staff and location.

If you ever want to experience what it’s like to be served by a human embodiment of a sigh, ask for Danny. Lazy doesn’t even begin to cover it. I’ve seen sloths move with more urgency. His attitude was so passive-aggressive I half expected him to leave me a sticky note instead of actually helping. It’s painfully clear that Danny cares about his job about as much as a cat cares about your personal space. Absolute masterclass in how not to give a single damn.

Absolutely terrible and liars at this location. I had a prepaid service with ATT for over 10 years. I lost my debit card and came into the store to make a payment. They claimed to save me money by signing up for some promotion. 115 to $113. Whoa $2. I asked is this with all taxes and fees included. I was assured it is. Bill comes it’s $170. I walk into the store complaining. They asked me to call customer service. Customer service asks me to go to the store. They add some discounts and what not. The next bill is $160.

The person that helped me was amazing. She went far beyond expectations for why I stopped in. She should be your blueprint example for excellent help and service!

Don’t ever step foot in this store. I’ve used AT&T for years. Only carrier I’ve ever had. I went in today to upgrade from my iPhone 11 Pro Max to an iPhone 15 Pro. When I was asked “how can I help you?” by the only lady working there I told her that I wanted to upgrade my phone. She proceeds to pull up my account and then tells me about their family bundle, which includes an extra line, iPad, and Apple Watch. I know this is pretty typical so I let her explain what it was and then politely said “no I’m okay but thank you” she then continues on about how great of a deal it is. I then say “no I just want to upgrade my phone today.” She then says “okay no problem.” From there, she tells me that my total monthly bill is going to be $168.56 and asks what size Apple Watch I would like… after I had already said TWICE that I did not want the Apple Watch and iPad. Then after I finally get her to take those off my purchase, she goes to see if the phone’s in stock. She then comes back to the front and tells me that it’s not in stock and she’ll have to order it and that my total monthly bill is now $114.07. I ask “how is it $114?” And she says “oh well you get the AirPods with it.” And I say “no. I don’t want AirPods. I solely want a phone.” And she goes “oh okay well it’s going to be $110 a month then.” Which still didn’t seem right to me. Come to find out, she quoted my trade in at $350 when it was supposed to be $700. She then starts grabbing random products off the shelf and saying “we’ll go ahead and get you this this and this” So I decided to leave and go to the store near Baybrook Mall. Once I went over there, a lady named Maria was very understanding and apologetic of my experience at this store. She helped me immediately with exactly what I wanted and needed. She also got me the correct trade in amount of $700 due to the promotion for trading towards the iPhone 15. If y’all are buying a phone or anything else from AT&T, go to the baybrook store or any other store. This store is absolutely horrible.

My husband and I upgraded our iPhones after many years of procrastination. We chose this AT&T Store site because it was the closest to us. We walked in and a young woman named Chantal greeted us. She found a chair for both me and my husband and proceeded to take such excellent care of us. She was knowledgeable. She went over different plans and options, making sure we understood what was available to us. She first asked what we wanted and then told us of other more affordable phones with much the same capacity. She never once pressured us to purchase anything more expensive. She set up our new phones for us and sent us happily on our way. My faith in customer service is restored. THANK YOU CHANTAL. I’ve never done change well and you breezed me right through it. AT&T, you better keep this young lady. She is fantastic.
