We purchase an iPhone online with the $200 off promo(with no issues). When we went to pick it up at an ATT store they told us that we purchased as a “prepaid phone” (nothing online said this) and that we would have to cancel our order and redo it in the store. The person assured that we wouldn’t lose the promo by doing this. Once we were ready to pay we looked at the itemized list and noticed the promo was not there anymore. They basically told us there’s nothing they can do about it, we even spoke with the manager and he was not helpful at all. The sales woman eventually let us know that this has happened to multiple people now.

Placed an online order for in-store pick up. Website states they usually have orders ready within 2 hours. It’s the next day and I have called multiple times to see if there is an issue with my order being fulfilled, only to be left on hold for over 30 minutes to now not even picking up the phone. Very frustrating.

The manager Chris is great there !!! But I can't say the same for the rest of the team , heavy set guy with a pony tail is very rude and dismissive and has a lazy Demeanor when talking to customers. He does not care to try to help you or solve your issue, but thanks to Chris he was able to step in and turn a very fustrating situation to a great customer service experience . Thank you Chris !!!

Tried to get baited by the store manager & a young employee by offering 10$ discount on a unlimited wireless plan, 20$ discount on internet & a 150$ gift card. Must of been just an in-store promotion because att was not going to honor those discounts.
