Customer service the worst. So unprofessional and rude. No one even welcomed us or greeted us. We didn't even know where to go and then when we asked for help he was like well you just went straight ahead. I'm like yeah because no one told us where to go or what to do or if we need to sign in?!?! WTH! The guys name Israel. He looked like he hated working there, helping customers he even looked like he hated himself. My daughter and I walked in to get an upgrade on 2 phones. Basically, we were going to be an easy sale. Walk in and walk out. Too bad. Shame on you ATT for not taking care of your customers and not making sure your employees are doing their job. This sore has a 2 star rating and supposedly the "corporate store. "

He told me everything I need to know about the different promotions, benefits of switching over and the family service plan..

Josep Moreno quoted me one price, then my bill came out much higher. He only cared to make the sale. He also promised two rebate gift cards, only got one, he didn’t even add all my lines correctly and my prior carrier is still charging meaning, he didn’t even cancel my service correctly. He stopped replying after he made the sale. If you’re looking to switch, don’t. This has been an ongoing headache for me.

Keep an eye! They change the prices on you. I almost signed something totally different from what we agreed. After almost 2 hours going back and fort and they kept changing the prices, I walked out.

Don’t trust this store!!! The employees here must get paid commission, they tricked me into staying with them after I asked for my device to be unlocked saying it wasn’t possible. They also told me I’d have to pay 700 dollars right then for it to be unlocked & in this economy, who wants to pay that? Now my bill is sky high & the customer service reps told me the phone was available for unlock because I NEVER owed a balance. They could’ve unlocked it right then & there. Need more trustworthy employees & better service anyway. Use Mint Mobile, it’s cheaper anyway.

I visited the store located at 15419-A Wallisville Rd, Houston, TX 77049, on Aug 30, 2023 and the Sales Rep: Susana Salinas, attended me. She where properly dressed in accordance with a professional customer representative, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, respectfully and focusing on solving the customer situation in a timely manner. To my appreciation she reflected and understood how important I was as an AT&T customer, although my situation will not reflect a sale on her behalf. She was smiling all the time during the process creating a very confutable environment! Definitively, she is a team player and a great representative of AT&T Customer Service that takes care of customers! Came to activate a phone that was mailed waited over One Hour and a Half just to be helped! Then upon asking was told Chris didn’t put us on the list! They need more employees and some that will actually know what they are doing!!!!! Very upsetting! Considering switching providers!!!!

I’ve been with AT&T for very long time. I even have their internet service. Usually when I go to this store to upgrade or take care anything else with AT&T the customer service is excellent. This last time I went to upgrade one of the lines on my account. I went in twice and both times I had the same girl Emma. She’s not friendly doesn’t offer any information on how much my bill will be like they usually do. She just doesn’t know how to speak she’s unfriendly and I was really disappointed. There was a table that she said everything was 50% off and when it came to scan it it didn’t ring up on sale she just said oh it’s not on sale. She didn’t bother to see why it was on there or anything she didn’t transfer the stuff from old phone to new phone. Because it was 7:00 and they closed at 8:00 so we left and never could transfer the phone we just gave up and entered everything one by one. The next day we went in to trade that phone in and same thing she took phone wasn’t friendly and took forever in the back to see if we can even get the credit. HORRIBLE. Will be going to another store to upgrade my other line. Emma has no business working in a place like that if she isn’t going to offer helping. Or giving you any information. The only reason I didn’t ask is cause I have other lines on my account I’ve traded in before and knew the information but she didn’t say thank you she didn’t say need anything else. Really disappointed this time

Joshua was SOOO very helpful when trying to switch carriers. T-mobile couldn’t help me for over 3 hours, and he sat there patiently willing to help whenever needed. If you go to AT&T go to Joshua. He tried to get my phone bill as low as possible with different deals or discounts (I was paying $150 for a single line at T-Mobile) Definitely recommend this location if Joshua helps you!

Horrible horrible horrible conpany. Upgraded my phone 3 weeks ago to a new $1800 phone. They sold me a blacklisted phone. Aka a phone that was reported lost or stolen. I cant make calls or text. Reached out to att several times. With some reps telling me they removed it from the black list (the next day still unable to call or text.) Ive asked multiple people for a replavemrnt device. I will GIVE THEM back this one. Im a single mother with a sick child i need a working phone in case of emergencies. All they tell me is they cant offer a replacement. They will just open a case and get me off the blacklist. Which never happens. Repetitive cycle out $1800 with no phone
