Had the worst experience at this AT&T store with Eduardo. When we entered the store we weren’t greeted or acknowledged. He was helping a customer so I didn’t hold it against him, it wasn’t until another customer of a different race came in that he acknowledged her and told her he would be right with her even though we were there first. He then told us that another rep was in the bathroom and would be out to help us soon. The person he was helping told him he could go help us while she was thinking and he immediately went to the other person before us and when it wasn’t until I confronted him that he stopped to help us. He was very dry and once he transferred my daughters phone over we asked him to add her as an authorized user and he told us to call 611 and I asked don’t you have the capability to do it now while we are here in front of you and he then proceeded to add her. He was very rude the entire time and gave serious racist vibes. I’ll drive across town before I go back to this location.

Everything was going so good I had just gotten a new iPhone 15 pro max and an Apple Watch 9 and I was super excited Mr Miles and another taller gentleman I forgot what his name was help us out at first they were awesome. I was waiting for my phone to transfer everything to my new phone and it was taking a while( completely understandable) Mr miles had to leave because he had already stayed 40 min after his scheduled time(again understandable) he then asked Edwardo to help us when the phones finished transferring. Edwardo had the ugliest attitude which then turned my whole experience bad. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The phone and watch were my Mother’s Day gift so it was a happy experience that was then ruined by Edwardo. Then when asked by my husband to apologize for being so rude. He look straight at him and said “I’m not apologizing for anything”

i literally waited 45 minutes for Eduardo to service me. he catered to the other set of customers the entire time never not once acknowledged me! besides someone will be right with you, and he was the only someone there. very unprofessional, very rude and didn’t even attempt to help me. pepsis isn’t handle at this store but common courtesy would’ve been to at least call customer service for me

A phenomenal experience, treatment like never seen in other branches, a super good explanation regarding everything that has to do with your account. I highly recommend Mr. Eustaquio, who took care of me.
