We had a great first time experience both Daniel's were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Daniel the store manager and Daniel the sell rep both good people. I recommend this store Elmsworth location.

I had a great experience at this AT&T store on 7/3/2025! The store manager Daniel went above and beyond to help me upgrade my phone—he was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process really smooth. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service. Ruth, one of the employees, also assisted and was super kind and helpful. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and appreciate the time they both took to make sure everything was set up perfectly. Highly recommend this location!

Love this store! Came in having issues with tmobile due to my phone being broken and they did not want to replace my phone even tho I have insurance. Ruth and Daniel helped me out on getting a new phone not just that they went beyond by putting my sim car on theirs phone so I could get my transfer pin since I couldn't use my old phone and now I have my number and new phone thanks Ruth and Daniel.
