I Walked into this store and met a great customer rep Named Andrew who was very friendly and professional.He ordered me a new flip 7 for free with upgrade.I came back a week later to pick my phone up and met the rest of the customer reps that were just as friendly and professional who set my phone up. I recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service

If you have an issue with your billing, don't go to this store. I purchased a $300 12 month prepaid cell plan from this store last year. The money was credited to my account but the plan was never switched. They wouldn't help me. Go to the corporate store at FM 1960 and HWY 249. I got excellent service there.

I came into this AT&T store because I needed help fixing my family’s plan, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much.
But working with Jordan completely changed my expectations — he made everything unbelievably easy from start to finish.
Jordan sat down with me, listened carefully to what I needed, and found a way to lower my family’s bill, add an extra line, and upgrade two of our phones — without raising our costs. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt 100% comfortable with every decision.
You can tell Jordan genuinely cares about helping his customers — it wasn’t about pushing sales, it was about finding real solutions that made sense.
I left the store with a better plan, better phones, and a better monthly price than I thought was even possible.

I came into this AT&T store to transfer five lines over from T-Mobile, and I honestly wasn’t expecting the experience to be this easy or this rewarding.
Liz and Jordan made the entire process smooth, simple, and stress-free. They broke everything down clearly, handled the setup quickly, and went out of their way to make sure I got the absolute best deals available.
Thanks to their hard work, my monthly bill dropped from $423 to $230 — almost half — and on top of that, I walked out with brand-new iPhone 16s for all the lines! They applied every possible discount and promotion without me even having to ask — they genuinely cared about getting me the best outcome, and it showed.
Liz and Jordan were also incredibly kind, patient, and professional through the entire process.
This wasn’t just a good experience — it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, anywhere.
