Michael was really helpful and knowledgeable. He made the experience of replacing my phone surprisingly pleasant and took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. There was also almost no wait time which might have been due to the day/time but it hasn't been my experience at other at&t stores so I thought it worth mentioning. Also, the store was really clean and well maintained.

Every time I have come to this location, I get the best service ever. Recently bundled services and it was the easiest process. Staff was phenomenal from beginning to end. I highly recommend this location!

Omg it’s worse place if you want do any thing, I was there for changing my phone usually all places maximum 45-50 minutes but this place after 2 hours guy explain I don’t know why I couldn’t transfer your information then the worst part after one hour and 30 minutes again they are trying just refund my money it was 3 hour and half staying there for nothing

We talk in store it’s really Unprofessional attitude he want to close the store he make Excuse he can’t help us to do trade in our phone because he said system is down right now AT&T Representative don’t care and value how far u come from we wait for 30 minutes because he was busy with other customer time our turn come he refused to provide us service simply making excuses his system for trade in phone is down I am going switch my line from AT&T very bad experience
