First off the staff were great, but we've had this vehicle since April of last year. Since we've had the vehicle, we have spent over $2,500. Foun out the front bumper was glued on, throttlebody was caked up with gunk and hadn't been cleaned, had to change the headlight assembly, $1,000. This is unacceptable!

I had an amazing experience at Auto Imports. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Jermaine went above and beyond to find me the perfect car within my budget, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. The owners even came and offered me a water bottle! Very nice people and I will shop for my future cars here as well!

BE WARY OF DOING BUSINESS HERE. We literally just left here after being told that none of the workers in the office know how much any of the cars on the lot for sale are... THEY HAVE TO CALL THE OWNER FOR THE PRICES!?!?!. I have never heard of such craziness. The owner didn't answer the phone when the sales lady was calling.... how in the hell do they operate? SERIOUS RED FLAG.... when my niece and mom told me what the hold up was, i told them hell no, we're not waiting on this foolishness so they can play loosey goosey with the prices.

I purchased a vehicle from Auto Imports on September 5, 2024, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Right after purchasing, I noticed the oil light was on. The salesperson, Dyree, assured me they would change the oil, which they did, but later, I discovered the vehicle had an oil leak. This was just the beginning of multiple issues.
Only a few days after purchasing, the check engine light came on, and I also noticed a steering problem. I contacted Dyree and Gabby at Auto Imports about these issues, but I was met with limited assistance. I then took the vehicle to Firestone, where a thorough inspection revealed multiple serious issues:
Oil Leak: Despite Auto Imports' oil change, the car is leaking oil, which raises concerns about underlying engine problems.
Exhaust System: The exhaust system was deemed non-functional by Firestone, and it won’t pass emissions tests.
Steering & Suspension: The right inner tie rod ends and left lower ball joints are loose, creating a steering risk. The extended warranty only covers the tie rod ends and not the necessary alignment.
Emissions: Several diagnostic codes (P2112, P2101, P0420, P000B) show issues with the throttle actuator, catalytic converter, and VVT solenoids, indicating major emissions problems.
Tires: Both front tires are excessively worn and unsafe.
Auto Imports has only agreed to fix the steering and reduced power issues, neglecting the other major safety and emissions concerns. I trusted Auto Imports to sell me a reliable vehicle, but instead, I’ve been left with costly repairs and safety risks. I do not recommend Auto Imports based on their lack of transparency and failure to address critical vehicle issues.

Just called today 10/23/24 to ask about a car and the sales guy was rude after talking a little he just hung up the phone. BIG RED FLAG 🚩 STAY AWAY FROM PEOPLE LIKE THAT.

Do not i mean do not buy a car from this dealership.. i have had my car for 7 months now and the transmission has gone out.. after being hit with the $1,000 hidden tax fee made for 2 separate payments. Along with putting down $4,000 for a car that obviously already had transmission problems to go out on me after only 7 months of having it. Allowing people with children to drive damaged cars is unacceptable. This place needs to be shut down!!!!

Didnt know they put a kill switch on my car. On top of other issues i have with the car. I dont which woman it is that answers the phone but she rude af , the other is nice but they for sure need to work on customer service. Wish i didnt refer so many people here.

DON’T BUY HERE WORST PLACE EVER…DO HAVE KILL SWITCHES ON THE CARS SO EVEN IF YOU ONE DAY LATE ON CAR INSURANCE THEY WILL CUT YOUR CAR OFF CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON TWO DAYS AFTER YOU PURCHASE CAR ATTITUDES ARE RUDE THEY ARE SOME LIERS DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE ….MY CATALYTIC CONVERTOR IS TIED UP WITH A SEATBELT STRAP TO HOLD IT UP!!!!

I bought a car here less than a month ago. Yes at first they were nice just to get the sale and 2900 dollars of my money!! Then after you swipe your card they will hit you with a 1000 hidden tax you have to pay split up every two weeks.
I paid the first 500 after 2900 and needed a lil more time for the rest! They sent someone after being 5 days late to repo my car causing me to not start up my new job!!
Now no answer!!! PLEAASE DO NOT BUY HERE PLEASE!!!!!!!
