WORST SHOP EVER,
If I could give NO stars I would. All they do is lie just to get your business then tell you that they can’t fix it and charge you an arm and a leg for “diagnostics”. The shop manager Víctor is the leader of the circus they call a shop. If you want to get ripped off by all means take your cars. I bring a lot of business ( over 15 cars every 2 weeks) at the Houston location of 45 & West Rd this experience at this location will result in me pulling my fleet account and taking my business elsewhere.

I usually love this place to get an oil change. But recently dropped off my partners blazer to get an oil change and a tire rotation. The tire rotation cost as much as the oil change.
Also after having the car for an hour past the time it was due, we got a call saying the tire tech couldn't find the wheel lock. After driving all the way back, and the tech watching rvon his phone, we popped the trunk and looked at the spare and sitting on top, exactly where it should be, was the wheel lock. He didn't even try to look and just used an excuse to watch TV. I do t think he'll last there.

They play games with folks who really are not friendly! It's a whole bunch of standing around here and no flow of vehicle traffic in and out. That's a clear sign of no urgency in your vehicle getting out for another one to come in. Meaning you overpaid! Take my advice on how you feel, but it's not hard for a person like myself to see. Hopefully, this pulls you into more attentive,affordable, and just simply honest businesses that would better suit your vehicle and lively needs.

Look, my people, don't go there and do nothing. That workshop has a very bad reputation. The truth is that for a long time, yesterday I went to align a car and it was much worse. When I arrived, please, I ask you that it's not worth doing anything. Look for another workshop. This is something very, very bad.
