To give everyone a chance when you are auctioning a vehicle you need to be more clear and because when you run your mouth so fast nobody can understand you in the purpose for everyone coming to buy a vehicle is to listen to the auction price and the auction fee but the person who is doing the auction is very disrespectful and very rude and walk away when you trying to talk this is very bad business and lack of communication if you will be more he would take out time and patience to assist his customers you have to satisfy

Dealers ps be aware of this auction. They will run you out of business if you not careful. Ps check my profile I barely give businesses review but am only doing this to let others whats going on with this auction.Few months ago we signed up with this auction and attended the sale, my partner and I brought 3cars we personally inspected. All the 3 cars were all running as at the time the auction was on. a/c , motors, transmission and etc were all running atleast to the best of our 13yrs of experience inspecting, buying andselling used cars. But then, while we were there we noticed bunch of workers driving cars that's are supposed to run that day back and fourth, but we didn't think too much into because we thought they were only receiving the cars and checking them in. We were wrong, these people are actually mechanics or have some sort of mechanical knowledge and what they were actually doing was take some of the bad cars and go temporarily fix the problems, enough for the car to run for the auction day. Then they later unfix whatever they did to the car. Mind you this auction does not allow you to go back to the lane and see the car you purchase until after the auction. Another red flag, because that allows them time to unfix what they did to the car before you get a chance to find out.Now by the time you come back ready to pick-up the car that's when you see that the car you bought at a high price is actually worthless and will cost way more money to fix the problems they hide from you before you bid on it.Now this is the height of deception I have only witnessed at this very auction. DEALERS PS BE AWARE. BID AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Do not deal with this dealership. they give us 18500$ for 2017 glc, and then at the last minute , the change they offer to 11000 the car retail for 35k has only 33k miles, if you care about your money don't deal with them

Will NOT go back. Tried selling wrecked cars and this isn't an auction location its a dealership. Broken windshields, crashed front and back of vehicles. Who the heck would buy a wrecked vehicle.

Wrote an honest review and Justin cancelled my approved car deal because he didn't like that I was upset about paying for vehicle with a bad transmission after waiting 6 hours for it to be delivered.

I bought 15 vehicles today. They have no online portal that you can get a gate pass for the vehicles that you bought. I kindly asked them to make the gate passes ready for my transporter before leaving from there. As soon as my driver went there to get the vehicles and lined up them properly by the gate guess what happened? He has been told the vehicles can not be released because there is no authorization on releasement. He wasted his time because of the fact that somebody didn’t do his/her job well and the transporter thinks he has to get paid even if he couldn’t bring them here which I totally agree with him because he spent more than 4 hours to make it. It’s more than unbelievable to see how unprofessional this auction is. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

Try has been literally the worst experience every buying a car...the communication has been horrible. I have been paying on a car for almost 9 months just to find out the car title was never put in my name. The staff is not helpful, Justin especially has been horrible to work with. I will never again purchase a car from auto nation
