My service advidsor, Hector Rivas is amazing. He is always kind, professional and patient, no matter how many times I call. I would have given more stars, but I had a personal issue that I do not want to disclose and the issue had nothing to do with Hector. In spite of that, I will still bring my vehicle here because of its close location to home and Hector's impeccable customer service :-)

This was the first time that I brought my Camry in for service and I had an excellent experience. I was unable to make an appointment so I brought my car in hoping for an oil change. They were very courteous and helped me right away. The service was also completed quickly for me not having an appointment. I especially loved the video the mechanic sent me about any service recommendations for my car. He didn’t have anything since my car is new but I love how with that video it feels like they were very thorough with my car.

First off Oneil was the best services advisor and I do not fault him for what happened to me yesterday at my service appointment. He is 5 stars in my book. The service was quick as always, but that was not the issue.I had a dried flower from my Dad's funeral arrangement that has been in the same spot on my dash for the past 4 1/2 years. I had just pulled out and was on my way home and noticed my flower was gone.I immediately pulled over in a panic checking under the seats, the glove box, my console, nothing. I called Autonation Service and told them what happened. I was told three different versions of what happened.First I was told the technician moved the flower because it was in the way. Okay, how when it was just laying on my dash? And then where did he move it to?Then I was told he had the windows down and it must have flown out. Okay you would have noticed if that actually happened. Also it has never flown out the window just driving 50 ft. in a parking lot before.Lastly I was told that the technician wouldn't have just thrown it away. So they said they would check the trash and the ground outside.I've taken my car here multiple times for all kind of services, recalls and inspections and they have never touch my flower before. Why did they even bother touching it this time? Why?!I received a video of the technician giving his recommendations after the service was complete and the flower is clearly on the dash. But for whatever reason no one can explain what happened from the garage to the spot where they parked my car.I cried all the way home. I know it was just a dried flower to them, but it was something special from one of the worst days of my life.The sorry we can't find it was just not enough for me. I want answers not excuses. This was so devastating to me and unacceptable.

So my part finally came in, it was on back order for about 2 weeks. But my service advisor was always keeping me updated. Which was a good thing because my sticker was expired do to the check engine light because of the part that it needed. I advised my advisor to please do the inspection on my car. He said the car should be ready in about 4 to 5 hours, which was perfect timing. A shuttle came and picked me up. When I got there my advisor said were washing your car, I was so happy cause my car needed one. I received my paper work and my car is driving great. Everyone is so nice there, very helpful.

Had oil change and tire rotation on my corolla. The service guy handing back my key and a list of maintenance items they recommend said 'one of your wheel covers has broken tabs.' I went out to my car and 1 wheel cover had been completely broken off and left in my front seat. But all 4 wheel covers were on the car when I brought it to them. Their quote list said $118 to replace! Instead I ordered 4 new generic ones from amazon for $35 and theyll be at my apartment next week.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service center at Autonation.I recently took my car up there for a 25000 mile service. They did not program my 2nd key, there was no oil change done, my tires weren't even rotated, hell, they didn't even run my car through the car wash.I sat at the dealership for over TWO AND A HALF HOURS just to be told that my tire tread was running low.When I make an appointment, and even show up early, there is NO EXCUSE for wasting my day like this.I will be looking into whether or not I can have my service done at a different dealership. I don't want Autonation to ever touch my vehicle or waste my time ever again

I went to AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway this weekend , and the Service Advisor, Michael-paul, who helped me was a big help, he explained everything that they had to do to the vehicle and the service was fast , and great service

Great car buying experience! David our salesman was so nice and knowledgeable. The finance manager made the process quick and easy. We like the dealership so much that we have now purchased 2 cars from AutoNation Toyota. Would recommend to all family and friends.

I received a phone call for a free oil change and service to gain my business back. I followed up and got the oil change for free. Got home and looked under the car and the found oil leaking underneath the motor on the ground and causing a puddle. Turned right back around and drove back and the advisor had them fix it. A error was made and the oil gasket was not in place which caused the leak. Problem solved.. A few months down the road the engine started throwing 2 different codes about the engine oil pressure and I took it back. First diagnostic that I received was over a thousand dollars to make repairs. Drove up to store location to make a face to face appointment with the service manager. He looked at the diagnostic and decided that it did not line up and make sense so he put his top technician on the job and a advisor called me back and said that the problem was fixed with no expense. The manager made things right and had my car fixed with a new oil change. The actual problem wasn’t broken down and explained to me of what went wrong but that it was corrected. I hesitated to give feedback on a survey due to the length of my experience. a few things that have been disappointing for me personally is that I never have the same advisor. There’s always someone new as advisors inside and your never kept up with information in a timely manner that you would like to be on the status of your vehicle . I have had to push for details and asked questions. It’s hard to say if I would use them again or not but the NEW manager seems to be trying to make changes and for that I tip my hat because it’s a hard task to make those changes. When old leadership ran things in the ground and now you have the task to fix it all over night.
