Poor workmanship, lack of attention to detail, does not use OEM parts, cut corners. Do not take your BMW here.

I’m starting to regret taking my car here. Is been 3 weeks. I’ve called left voice mail and emails and no respond. I also received a notification on the app that my battery is critically low and soon to die. Idk how because when I took it the battery was fine no sign or warning of it being low. I read another comment that the same thing happened to them. Like what are they doing to the car that is draining the battery? Is this a way of getting more money/business. Am I going to be responsible for purchasing another battery to be able to drive my car home?

Autonation did a great job on my car. There was major damage to the back of the car. Repairs and color matching were perfect.

Service isn't the same. Been a AutoNation customer for twenty years. Service, especially at this AutoNation has dropped notably. The concerns are as follows:1) Responsiveness / Customer Reps- Don't expect them to do anything beyond wait around. Mechanics are capable but the service representatives aren't helpful. In-person meetings are required or meetings with management to facilitate progress. Without that, don't expect results in a timeline faster than two to three months. Others appear to have similar experiences. They can get hostile / argumentative.2) Service work quality (if you can get it done) - tends to be at respectable level. Mechanics, etc work with you if you can get a hold of them (best to eliminate the advisor service rep).3) Knowledge - Varies by group. Service reps/advisors generally are new and unfamiliar with the process. This is inexperience and lackluster service. Technicians and body shop employees do possess the knowledge.4) Damage & Ethics - I question if they are giving you an honest assessment of the damage or if things are being exaggerated. This is just a feeling as I don't feel they are honest and I believe they are trying to mislead me & the insurance company.Recommendations - Probably best to go somewhere else.

I had my Mercedes EQS repaired at this location. Extremely bad experience. 2 months for the repair then another 2 weeks because they lost a piece when they dissembled the driver's door. I received my car and noticed the chromes are ruined, several rubbers and other items are missing from the car. Communication is poor. I take 3-4 phone calls and voice msgs and a phone call to the manager to have them call me back.
