Prior reviews of poor customer service is in the parts department is 100% correct. If you need to call them? Forget it, they never answer. I've tried multiple times but no response. Came inside later to find them just sitting at the counter with nothing to do. For online orders, there's only one lady who handles it. She has an accent and comes off as very condescending. I was told she doesn't do weekend. So try email? Forget it. Try relaying a message to her? Forget it.Instead of management responding to these reviews with requests to "call them for discuss the issue", why don't they pick up on the pattern of these poor reviews and work on training their employees? It's an embarrassment. Maybe complaining to Toyota Corporate or Autonation Corporate would get people to do at least the bare minimum.

I called 6 times today and I literally just left the building I was in the parking lot calling as I was running out of time and guess what nobody answers the phone. 3 out of those six times another department answer but parts department. The guy upfront in parts department as well as the woman’s on the phone seem to not like their job they talk to you stupid in an ignorant way as customers we have a right not not be 100 percent accurate that’s why you guys should be the experts and direct us. very poor service here come hear once a year to get parts but I will never come back again if you wanna go to a place and pay your money just to be treated poorly and humiliated parts and service department is where you should go. they still got my part wrong after treating me like I was stupid if you’re going to treat people under atleast get it right autozone and o Reilly has way better customer service than this Toyota dealer in general. What a shame honestly. Reading the previous reviews is the same thing people don’t answer phone and poor customer service somebody must do something about it. That Hispanic guy and the white female have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the services I received from your dealership. My experience with Toyota has been far from satisfactory, and I would like to bring to your attention several issues that have caused me significant frustration.To begin with, I was surprised to learn that your dealership practices price gouging, as I was getting charged an outrageous price for a service that I could have received for much less elsewhere. Additionally, I was outraged to find out that Toyota was selling a car to me over the sticker price. Therefore i did not buy car and left. This is not the way that any reputable car dealership should conduct business, and it has left a very negative impression in my mind.Furthermore, I was pressured into buying after-market add-ons for my car that I never wanted. I felt like I was being forced by your staff to buy these add-ons, which were of no use to me. This has left me feeling cheated and deceived by Toyota.Finally, I found your staff to be highly unprofessional, with inadequate knowledge of the products and services offered by Toyota. They were unable to answer my questions adequately and left me confused and frustrated.I would like to request that Toyota take immediate and significant action to address these concerns. I urge you to take this seriously and ensure that appropriate corrective measures are put in place so that other customers don't have to go through similar experiences. I look forward to hearing from you soon and hope that we can work together to resolve these issues.Do not shop from here.

This place have the worst service and un-professional on greeting customers. Also, Please be careful and read CAREFULLY (ask questions and look carefully at the $$$) before you sign papers or else you will get scam like we just did. I will never recommend anyone to come here ever again.

I went to autonation Toyota Gulf freeway in hopes to compare the Honda Accord vs the Toyota Camry.My sales rep Christopher Luong was able to help me test drive both vehicles and also provided his own personal experience with both type of sedans. He was able to guide me over with favoring the Toyota Camry.As I went on to now wanting a Toyota Camry, Christopher was able to help me compare the different Toyota Camry trims from an LE, SE, to an XSE. Christopher explained the different features per each trim and was able to help me view the price point of certain trims at my price target, maximum desired mileage, and the desired year range of the vehicle.Eventually, I was down to debating of getting either the 2021 Camry SE with the newer style layout or paying alittle more by upgrading to the XSE that was a 2020 model (which was Camry's older style) but it had all the bells and whistles from power seating for both driver and passenger, moon roof, 19" rims for smoother ride.I ended up going with the Camry XSE and it was all due to the help of Christopher taking the time to understand what I was looking for in my everyday ride and asking the small details like how my Houston commute from work to home, from home to kids after school activities.My whole experience from selecting the right vehicle to selecting the right warranties packages felt like a "limo ride" experience. Every moment was moment meant to help me make the right choice that fit my needs. I will definitely come back to Autonation's Toyota Gulf freeway.I love the new ride and so does my family!

The bad service I ever see in Toyota dealer, when I call in to get the appointment for oil change they said I have one more oil change now they don't change my oil and say I have only tire rotation, why don't have hey tell me in the first place then don't to bring my truck in

Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. My mom took her vehicle in for routine maintenance, and was told they were going to be rotating her tires and doing an oil change. At the end of the service, she wasn't told that they didn't do the oil change (wasn't time to). She got home and noticed her car was smoking as a result from the mechanic leaving the oil cap loose. Not only did they take HOURS to send a tow truck, but she was met with the rudest customer service, to the extent of trying to blame her for what happened. These employees have a ton of negative reviews, don't know how they haven't been fired

I've brought my car here a month ago. This is the third time they worked on my car. I've paid almost $2,000 and they had my car 4 weeks. It still has the same problem. They refuse to give me a loaner car. Service tech has no experience in servicing cars. Their BBB credit rating is a D-

If I could give zero stars I would! Don't walk RUN away from this dealership. This dealership ended up selling my car that I had waited for 8 months and special ordered. I had to get a rental car the week I was waiting for it. When I spoke to the dealership the salesman said oh well tough luck. I ended up getting the car, but what was suppose to be a brand new vehicle with no miles on it ended up being a used vehicle with mileage. All I really wanted was just an apology for them lying to my face and selling my vehicle. The dealership placed all the blame on everyone else and would not take any responsibility whatsoever. My advice is keep on driving and go to a different Toyota dealership. I will never step foot on that lot again.

I bought parts on their website, then got email saying ready for pickup, then i drove 50 miles only to find out that they were missing parts. I was then promised a refund, still waiting for 2+ weeks - no refund. Very disappointed. NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE OR RETURNS PHONE CALLS
