HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Dealership Beware! The customer service at this dealership is unmatched. No one at this dealership is organized, and they can Careless about the Customer. If you want the Hassle and the Unorganized customer service . This is the place to go to get treated like crap ! . I would’ve gave a - 1 Star , but it was not an option.

If I could give zero stars I would. My experience with KB, Raheem Drummonds and Summer Stiles at Automation USA in Katy was beyond frustrating. They were unprofessional, disorganized, and made what should have been a simple process a complete nightmare. Communication was poor from the start ,calls and messages constantly ignored, promises made but never followed through. I felt misled, dismissed, and like they only cared about closing a deal instead of providing honest, quality service.
Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere else. There are too many other companies in Katy that actually value their customers to waste time with this one.
