I am really amazed by Mr. Ifeanyichukwu aka I.C. I told him what I wanted and he went above and beyond to get it for me, even with my challenging credit. I didn't get it due to down payment options, I.C. got me approved for another nice car I just wanted what I wanted. If you're in need of a car I recommend IC over their at Auto Nation Katy. Not only sill he work the best deal but customer service and professionalism was SUPERB!!! THANK AGAIN!!

My elderly mother purchased a car from them …they salesmen Adam lied to her to lure her to their location on Katy Freeway…Once we was she asked about the price jumping $2000 higher so her knocked off $400 …. The we both asked him for the carfax and if there had been ANY accidents with the vehicle….. his response was absolutely no….. still he would not give us the carfax….. then we were there from 6:00pm to exactly 11:30pm…. He would not let her leave the dealership without leaving her down payment then after being there for Hours and hours and him promising that everything was in place and she would be driving home @ 11:15pm AFTER SHE LET THEM RUN THE CREDIT CARD FOR THE DOWN PAYMENT, he said she could not drive the car home!!!!!!HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A ELDERLY LADY and the fact that we were women!!!! There’s NO WAY he would have done this to a man….CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED!!!! ?☹️

My recent experience with purchasing a car could easily be described as the most challenging and frustrating ordeal I have ever encountered in my years of buying vehicles. Initially, my interactions with my sales consultant, IC, were positive. However, the moment I decided to finalize the purchase, the level of service took a drastic turn for the worse. I found myself unable to reach anyone at the dealership to proceed with securing the vehicle. Despite my attempts to contact another representative, Raheeem, I was met with silence—no returned calls or responses.Feeling exasperated, I turned to AutoNation Ford in Katy, a dealership from which I had successfully purchased a vehicle just a few months earlier. Remarkably, within mere hours, they were able to finalize the deal, demonstrating a stark contrast in customer service efficiency. It became evident that AutoNation USA had erected unnecessary barriers throughout their sales process, unlike anything I've encountered in my extensive history of vehicle purchases.To compound the frustration, AutoNation USA has consistently failed to provide me with the second key to the vehicle. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue—both I and my wife have reached out—we have been met with unyielding claims of the key's absence. This is particularly baffling considering that during a test drive with IC, I had taken a photo of the key, which was clearly labeled as "2 of 2," leaving no doubt that a second key exists. Now, I am left with only "1 of 2."This entire experience has been nothing short of exasperating. From the initial difficulties in simply trying to purchase the car, to the ongoing saga of the missing second key, it has been a journey marked by poor communication and inadequate procedures. In reflecting on this ordeal, it's clear: this has been my worst car buying experience to date—a stark reminder of the importance of customer service and transparency in the auto sales industry.

I bought my 2016 4runner on 02/19/2024 from there with great experience and professionalism from the sales representative Ayoub Nouam "Adam" he went above and beyond to make the deal as suitable for my budget to get the car I wanted from there. Don't go looking at small dealer lots and such for auction used cars that have been fixed poorly! Go to AutoNation Katy dealership and get a good deal car from there and you won't regret it...
