Came from the Lockwood and cavalcade AutoZone with my dead battery looking for one to be replaced was told that there was two at this location and walked in told the guy my name he looked at the battery and went back there and came back and said he couldn't find it and I was like are you serious cuz I was told that there was some here then he called the manager the godson and he said Miss Rose I can't find it she came over she asked what battery then told me take a breather it's going to be okay and then went back found it and I left happier than I arrived! I hope that they give you a raise Miss Rose and I also hope that anybody who gets the pleasure to come here can make your day better and I hope they do teach your partner's better!

I went by there this morning and the manager assisted me with checking my battery and alternator. I had bought a new battery for autozone serval months back. Didn't realize my battery was almost completely dead. She helped diagnose the problem assisted with my warranty on my battery and swapped it out effortlessly. I would mention her name for recognition but I don't remember it, but she did an excellent job and she is a great great store manager. Great hire AutoZone thank you for your service. God bless

I stopped in when my car’s check engine light came on. I was stressed! Rose came out and checked the code for me. She had me laughing in seconds. She gave me all the information I needed to fix the problem. This store is great. The employees were very friendly and Rose is absolutely amazing!

I’m extremely unhappy with the visit at the store on Lyons. I actually own a mechanic shop and I have never experienced this poor-service… this was from the acting manager at the time. (Eduardo.)
I simply needed a warranty that had to be called in from another city and he wouldn’t press 1 button on the computer or make a call to the other store which I was providing. My customer works as a border patrol officer near Reynosa Mexico, and needs the car for the morning to make it back from Houston. Now I’m stuck driving around to find a store that can help
