WORSE PLACE EVER !!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE !!!!! SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THEY WANT TO IN FORCE THE STORE POLICY WITH DIRTY SHIRTS AND LOOKING UNPRESENTABLE. THE STORE POLICY INCLUDES BEING PRESENTABLE BUT THEY DONT FORCE THAT. THEY BE LEANING AGAINST THE COUNTERS NOT WANTING TO WORK. THEY ARE NOT READY FOR WORK. THEY ONLY THERE FOR FREE MONEY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WORK.

Why does this store always close early. Need transmission fluid pulled up at 8:45. And the staff locks the door and hides behind the counter until 9. I don't understand this, that's not how a business should be ran.

I have Ready bad, bad, bad sperience there .I buy a battery there and they didn't change at that moment.they tellme cameback noon or change you self .I came back at 4:30 and they say, you have to wait 45 minutes to change .i left and sent somebody to get may money and that person, realize they gime the wrong battery to.them no gime may money ,they change again, but that still wrong to🤨 that's is so ridiculous 😡.

Ordered a generator after Hurrican Beryl for next day delivery. The generator was stolen the day prior. They still charged my card $600 and didn't communicate anything was wrong until I reached out to them asking for a delivery time.
Lisa, the store manager, was so unnecessarily rude. I understand she might be stressed, but there's no reason to treat customers like garbage and hang up on them when they are politely asking how to get their money back. Dreadful person.

Called 10 autozones and this location was the one! James was amazing, was thorough and helped me solve my battery problem. All it took was wanting to help me. I’d Uber 8 miles again for the excellent customer service. Thank you James.
