Called 10 autozones and this location was the one! James was amazing, was thorough and helped me solve my battery problem. All it took was wanting to help me. I’d Uber 8 miles again for the excellent customer service. Thank you James.

The headlight on the driver's side of my vehicle and went to the O'Reilly on Rankin Rd. The store associates were more concerned w/who was going to lunch than assisting me so I left. I drove to the Auto Zone on Lockwood & Cavalcade & was greeted & informed that someone would help me shortly. Once Joshua was free, he took a look my vehicle, assessed the right bulb needed and offered to install it for me. Excellent customer service. Will come back again for my auto part needs.

I’m a comercial customer Pedro Auto Mechanic i want to summit a review about bad customer service we had this issue before but when Veronica was working and this store everything was running perfectly good she was doing a great job now that she’s not there we been having the same problems that we had before! Please we need this person back again and I believe that all comercial businesses will agree with me ! Again please bring her back ! Thanks!

I'm a commercial customer and I kept calling all day and no one answered the phone and when they finally answered the phone they said they would send me a part and never sent it. Who is the manager at this store needs to be informed what's going on.

Robert Jones was very courteous and helpful.After going to two different Auto Zones (since 7:35 am) to come across true Customer Satisfaction with him was a very good upside to the previous locations.I needed an O2 sensor he asked upstream or downstream IDK which is which. I told him which bank and sensor and he proceeded to pull out his phone and find out, afterwards telling which one it is. The time he took to do that I felt was so nice and kind of him.Also as I was leaving out the door another associate was also attentive and told me to have a good day.This location is a hidden gem in a black neighborhood with excellentCUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Black lady manager with no hair was rude. I came in and told her my starter wasn't working and I have a warranty. She said she had to run a test in order to see if it works or not. The test came back that it's good but once my car gets hots it doesn't work anymore. I explained to her exactly everything that was going on. My car has a good battery and everything it's just the starter. Had she done one nice gesture she could've helped someone out. But she wanted to be rude and nasty so I pray she has a blessed day.! AutoZone you really disappointed me and if y'all got her as the manager, y'all obviously want pissed off customers. Wished I could've took a picture so y'all could see what I meant! She really fits the description.

This morning, I contacted the service line to obtain information on approximately six vehicles. The associate who answered the phone, Juan, did not brand the line and repeatedly placed me on hold without informing me. The hold duration was typically lengthy. I never treated the gentleman with disdain or impoliteness. His customer service was appalling. After approximately 10 minutes on hold, Laura answers the phone to assist. When I thanked her for her assistance and asked for the name of the person who had initially helped me, she initially stated that his name was Juan, then altered it to Randall... before laughing and disconnecting the line.Due to the subpar quality of service I drove to the establishment (less than a five-minute commute from my office) to speak with the manager. I confirmed the identities of the associates I spoke with over the phone and conveyed my frustration to the short Caucasian manager on duty. I was never offered an apology for the quality of service I received. In fact, they all stared at me with wide eyes, bewilderment, and confusion.There is no Customer Service at this establishment. No responsibility.Considering the quality of phone service I received today. I would rate my interaction as one star negative.

I just want to say the manager on duty was awesome. Deshaun helped me find out what was going on with my car . Got me the right part you guys didn’t have it in stock . So I went to Aldine to pick up the wheel assembly . When I arrived there i had to give them the print out Deshaun gave me . The associate got my parts and I was able to get my car fixed the same day . Thank you autozone
