Hey AutoZone sorry for the bad review but I just can’t help it walking in the store and seeing the same young men as one of the workers here. Every time I walk in he just stares me down and once it’s my turn to pay he giggles and joke way too much. You would think it’s for being friendly but every time he has something to criticize about my dressing witch has nothing to do about my purchases. It’s a African young guy at the register thank you in advance if y’all can at-least do something about this please and thank you trying to avoid a lawsuit at all cost but I’m good with just choosing another AutoZone in my area. Would put names but didn’t see a name tag just know it’s a black young gentleman with dreads hairstyle on… can’t miss it soon as you walk in. Other than that staff and security are pretty nice and get the job done right away Thank uu once again

Had great experience at the Auto Zone on Jensen. The customer service was great from Mickie and Josie. They were very helpful and I walked out with a free oil filter because apparently it was a deal on the item I purchased.

Customer service here is deplorable. Employees are unnecessarily rude, namely Vanessa. Came in to return a part (with the receipt) and not only did she refuse me she was very degrading, bragging about her degrees and bragged about her time of employment as if she owned the place. I mean this lady was way past rude and needs to be fired as this is a bad reflection on your company.

I just walked out of the jensen store. Every time I come here they always say the car scanner is now working and refer me to another store location. I rarely come here but it’s always the same thing supposedly no scanner. Straight Lazy. The Airline and Tidwell location always help for sure.

I took two batteries to be charged because one was dead because I just had it sitting, (its a Harley Davidson battery they are pretty good and its in good condition, and the other I bought a year ago still new I don’t even ride much, my bikes just been sitting but the battery recently died) long story short they said two hours, I show up two hours later and they aren’t even charged and dude lied saying it was on the charger but I can see in his face he’s lying by his expression, I asked was it even charging and he said “it was on the charger” then proceed to look dumb trying to check charge level, I’m no expert but I know a little about mechanic work and I know batteries don’t just stop working completely especially when ones still practically new and barely used.

Came for synthetic oil for my truck and Jesus helped me getting the corrected oil for my truck as well as filter and other stuff. Idk if this is new staff but they are really good in promoting their sales going on ! Great customer service!
