During a visit today, i experienced discrimination from a hispanic employee. He was very rude and disrespectful. He didnt care a bit about providing the service he was supposed to. I will be making sure to make Auto Zone aware of the experience today. However, Stacy the manager made things a little better but still has a bad taste. If you can at all go to the location at Scott and Beltway

why do you guys keep staff who are frusted. let them take off for a day or two to relax. tell them to please be patient with the customers. The lady staff got frusted in first two minutes and the whole conversation was for three minutes only.

Willie was amazing ! I came in once again for a bad battery. I came to this same location a month ago same issue. He told me it had the wrong battery and WHY it was the wrong one. He showed me the correct battery and why i needed to get the different battery. I def will only be asking for him if i have to return in the future.

Today I had to buy a battery the man that helped me was very professional and very knowledgeable. I usually go on griggs. But today I went on Cullen. I will always go to see if Willie Craig is there. He made my day thank you so much.

Bought a multi fit trailer hitch yesterday 2 15 2025. I was not TOLD this part couldn't be refunded. Bolt pattern wasn't the same. I brought it back today 2 16 2025 and "received a refund".
While looking at the trailer balls I noticed there was another trailer hitch with a different bolt pattern. But the box was opened. I brought it to the counter and asked the guy who gave me the refund if he could check the box to make sure everything was there. He checked and said it was. I left the store with my refund. Went home to look at the bolt pattern to make sure it lined up. I came back to auto zone and purchased the 2nd trailer hitch package. Woody a store employee checked me out. AT NO TIME OF THE 2 PURCHASES DID WOODY OR ANY OTHER EMPLOYEE DURING THE 1ST OR 2ND TRANSACTION TELL ME I COULDN'T GET A REFUND. I came back to return the 2nd box because it wouldn't fit either. Woody the employee who checked me out. Who didn't tell me at the time of purchase I couldn't get a refund for the item, told me exactly that. " You can't get a refund. I responded to Woody that he didn't tell me I couldn't get a refund. I walked to the guy who gave me my refund the 1st time. Woody walked over to him and told him he couldn't refund the item. I could only get a exchange. After going back and forth with Woody in front of customers. Woody just said I can talk with a manager tomorrow.
I am distraught from the treatment I received at this Cullen Autozone. I'm being punished because 3 different employees FAILED to inform me this item wasn't a financial refundable item. 3 different employees! If I could give 3 zero's I would. How could 3 employees be right because ALL 3 was wrong. But me, the customer is the person punished?

I came to this location due to my brake light being out,Service was very fast and Mr.Wilie Craig was very knowledgeable even went above and beyond to change it out for me on the spot. I will definitely return for any future maintenance. THANKS AUTO ZONE

Went to take a friend to get a battery. The store was packed, and it seems like the cold weather effected vehicles. The employees were great and really acknowledgable about their products. Manager fantastic! Thank you!!!

They got the line moving pretty quickly and this is a busy location so I really appreciate the great service. I called 1st and talked to Naomi about my parts and when I got there they were able to handle the transaction smoothly . I was able to earn points and I even got my receipt emailed to me. They have alot of great merchandise and I like this location. Thank you for having great service.
