Very poor when it comes to customer service.
Today around 10 am I walked in I saw two ladies one behind the counter and the another one leaning on the other side eating some candy and having a conversation I thought it was a customer since it was wearing black t shirt and the one behind the counter red
There was another guy taking care of the only customer.
I form in the lane like usual
Another guy with a gray t shirt (Alan) is walking around, noticed me and kept doing his thing.
I waited for 5 minutes, back by the counter the ladies still on their conversation
suddenly the lady in black t shirt (Mia) walks behind the counter and puts the candy wrap in the trash can , I thought to myself self … can a customer do that ?
She than goes to one of the monitors and offers to help than I realized it was another worker and did not bother to take care of the next customer and preferred to continue with her conversation leaning on the counter ?
She replied next !
Which I answered, you finally decided to take care of the customers she pretended that did not understand and switched to Spanish I repeat it my self she just sunk her shoulders and gave me the look that she didn’t understand
By this time I was bothered and told her that I would prefer to keep waiting for the only guy that was doing something
went back in line than she goes to Alan says something than I ask him if he was the manager which he agreed
Told him about the situation and ask him why does he don’t do nothing about the poor service , his answer : I’m just a comercial manager , but your are something over here right ? you you have some kind of responsibility right ?
I asked, he goes back to the counter
I’m still in line and I thought to myself self why do I want to continue giving my business to this location when there’s plenty of options .
Headed to them ask for their names and left the place with a sour experience .

Great staff. Came in for some spark plugs. They suggested to check the Air Filter, it needed replacement. Thank you Guy's.
