I came early in the morning trying to get my engine light checked the guys were all saying they couldn't find the diagnostic test thing they just offered me to go down the street I just think they didn't want to help.

I didn’t used to like coming here up until recently. I love that they have changed the managers and it definitely has improved the customer service & neatness of the store prior to last year. Im very satisfied with my experience at this store with this last visit. An amazing smart young woman by the name of Luz really helped me a lot considering i know nothing about cars. Its nice to know there are women that can help. Will be coming back!

My daughter purchased a new battery for her vehicle. She wasn't aware you all offer to change out free of charge, so I took her battery & vehicle back to the store to have them assist us. The store manager, Rosalind Anderson changed out the battery all by herself. She amazed me with her determination and tenacity! She deserves a raise!

The store manager, Mrs. Rosalind, was AMAZING!!! After coming to AutoZone to purchase a battery and get it installed, I thought everything was good only to discover the next day my car wouldn’t start. The Autozone employee who installed my battery didn’t install it properly and broke off a piece of my battery connector. I managed to get the connector working just enough to get my car back to Autozone, and that’s when I met the AMAZING Mrs. Rosalind! She didn’t hesitate to fix the issue immediately! She was able to get the part that was broken and fixed my car! She kept me updated every step of the way and what could have been a disaster she turned into a pleasant experience! Thank you so much Mrs. Rosalind!!!

Some young kid yes I am saying KID because he took our information what we needed for our truck he walk off and didn't say anything and he didn't come back out from the back...? This is not the first time this happen. They need to hire people that really wants to work with customers...

I went to the location on Uvalde and Woodforest and the guy that “helped” me was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. The rest of the staff has always been very helpful. James H needs to learn how to talk to people. Maybe he should take a few lessons in customer service.
