Omg, I have never been to an AutoZone where the cashier was who was also the part manager? What is that title? He was very rude. I would never go back to this location, I'll just drive a bit farther and get better customers service!

Daniel the manager was very kind in helping me fix my battery by cleaning the corrosion off of it and taking his time to assess what the problem was. Excellent customer service, would definitely come back.

Hit and miss on customer service. I went to get coolant and asked one of the staff at the counter about what kind to get he then asked what color was my coolant in which I didn't know , I had never been asked that question before. I went back outside and looked at the coolant. I came back and told the clerk. He said "it's back there on the shelf." I got to the shelf but can't see in the bottle so I go back and ask him which one is it since I can't see inside the bottle without opening it. He seemed a bit annoyed but showed me the one I needed.I think the situation could have been handled better and could have saved time if he would have just been a little more helpful from the start.

Poor customer service. Lackadaisically inefficient. Went in to buy car battery on August 27th, and after payment was cancelled for insufficient funds, l paid the required amount of $91.00 dollars with cash. But became a headache to reinstate my funds the amount of $70.00 dollars deducted from my card back until now. Staff is NOT knowledgeable. Don't know what they're doing in such a matter. I'm still trying to get my money refunded back. By law, l can't be charged twice for same product.

Problem with young adults is that they don’t know how to be adults. Customers are waiting in line and at least two or three of these guys are in the back, laughing and horsing around and throwing things around, making a bunch of racket in the back, all while we are waiting upfront to be helped. He’s in adults, lack respect, manners, and professionalism. Chubby guy that helps me with a beard and a mustache does not say hello, doesn’t ask how he can help me, just ask me what I want. Really?
