10/10 recommend.
I had the most beautiful experience at this location today. I came in and ran into a dilemma with my battery, my father was the one who took care of most of my car issues, and he had purchased a battery for me a year ago, but he passed in February.
Nev and Roger J. turned out to be the angels sent from Heaven for me today.
Thank you so much for the empathy that was shown you guys. It means more than you know.
It is my hope that more businesses adopt the same principles and practices as Nev & Roger. I am every so grateful for your help. I will be returning!

I came in with a botched battery installment from another Autozone location with terminals that were completely loose. Ryan G was so helpful and secured my battery and terminals and got me running again. I can drive around now knowing that I was helped by someone who knew what they were doing. Thank you!

Battery was dying. Was lucky to be close to the Autozone. Had great service by Ryan who tested the battery and alternator and sure enough it was the battery. Got a great deal on a new one and Ryan installed it right then. Wonderful service and very knowledgeable. Thank you Ryan!

This is my second day visiting this location and ONLY because I purchased a battery and I needed to return it. The first day me and 2 other customers waited and waited. A young finally said to a guy in the back”Are you on the clock to a guy behind the counter he answered yes and she said we have customers out front so he trailed out. There was another young man with braids that finished up with another customer and assisted me. I wish I had gotten his name. He was courteous professional and extremely helpful and he and the other young lady is the reason I gave a 3. Then there is Adrian. I encountered him on my next visit. He was rude, unprofessional and condescending. I explained that my expertise did not extend to auto mechanics and I would need his assistance. After I called him on his bs, he became helpful. If you visit this location, find another associate he was unoI think a retrain on the value of good customer service service is in order. I needed some additional items and decided to take my business elsewhere.

I have been using this Auto Zone branch for more than 15 years, this week I went there because I have Check engine light on. it was past 6pm the employee hook the taster and told me it didn't read any problem i told him about the check engine light and how the engine was shaking the fat manager interfered and told me to go to Oreilly auto parts store because they have a better instruments than Auto Zone I can't beleive instade of helping he said that out side the store 2 customers told me they know him that he is racist. So if you are from the minority races don't go to this store after 6pm when this manager or assistant is there.

I came in last night around 8pm, store closes at 10pm. I needed a battery charged, “johnny” was the gentleman who helped me out. The battery was less then 3 months old. I asked if we can swap it since i was in a hurry. Also if not that can i buy a battery charger myself so it would be ready by this morning like i needed. He was already irritated just because i was asking questions. Then just kept telling me “cant tell you anything till we charge it” i said ok. I knew i had no other choice. I asked how long he said “well its not going to be done tonight”, i informed him that i was leaving out in the morning. He replied with more attitude about how hes not telling me anything till we charge it first. Next morning(this morning) i go back to pick up my battery and it was still on the cart where i left it last night. Never got charged. The assistant manager there this morning was amazing she helped me out. We swapped it out for a new one. And all good now. I would give her more then 5 stars if i could.
