I had a terrible experience with the staff. They provided me with incorrect information about a missing receipt in the system, which forced me to contact national customer service to obtain it. When I returned the item, they falsely claimed that I had used it, which was not true. The staff was rude and unprofessional throughout the process.
I am a regular customer at AutoZone, but this experience was unacceptable. The store manager is responsible for ensuring that their staff is trained to be transparent, courteous, and to avoid misleading customers or providing false information.

I went in the store early about 920. It wasn’t that many customers in there one lady was being helped at the counter. It was another young lady scanning something on the shells. She saw me walk in and standing in line. She didn’t stop to help me, she kept doing what she was doing. She kept waiting. She looked back at me again. She kept doing what she was doing, scanning products and not worrying about the customer I came in and spent $71.02 more customer To come over and help me out bad attitude no friendliness zero friendliness I spent $71 in there for second rate service by a person on my own race thank you AutoZone. We gotta do better.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
"Mr Marques" sold me a battery. I specifically asked if you replace it too and he said yes. Then when he came to replace it, he said he doesn't have the right tools and went inside to get some help. I waited 30 minutes outside with the hood open waiting for "Mr Marques" to come back. When I went inside, he said someone else will help me out, waited another 10 minutes while all the employees are on their phones. Then he has the audacity to ask his coworkers to help me.... AFTER 40 MINUTES since he got back in. And then they say the same thing again "No tools"
How can you be Autozone and not have the right tools to change a freaking battery. I would have been fine just going somewhere else if they wouldn't have wasted my time due to their incompetence. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

Great customer service, very nice people’s and friendly. Ivan, and keana are the best ?????????
Am just speechless, my car needed to be charged, but they ended up giving me a Free New Battery, for free, and they got it fixed for me. They make sure that my car was ok ??.
I recommend this place, and am giving them 5 stars.

Gino and Ivan were extremely helpful, helping diagnose what was wrong with my car and explaining what caused it in the beginning and how to prevent it. I really appreciate the great service, even as the store was closing

Christopher Roberto literally made my day. Helped me with battery check and then also replaced my battery for me. While there he also advised me about my car’s spark plugs. Amazing customer service!!!!!

Employees are lazy and useless. Cashier spent more time asking his manager if the self checkout was working than if he had just checked out my one item.
