I think her name was Alexia/Alexa. She was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and got the exact battery I needed and installed within 10 minutes! Go see her!

So I came to AutoZone and I found out that my battery was never on the charger Alexa never charged it for me but Arnulfo the manager was able to help me out he is the best

If I could give 0 stars I would for the way I was treated in AutoZone . Not only the way I was treated but also how the staff treated the staff that was helping me , which was Arnulfo. Right when I came in I was in line to get serviced and Carlos went and called over other customer to the counter who had came in after me . I walked up to the counter and let him know I was before the other customer and the other customer understood but then Carlos gave me an attitude and said I was in the wrong side of the line and that he was going to help him . I told him again I was there before the other customer and he then got on the phone and told me he was busy on the phone with a phone call . While waiting in line again , Arnulfo helped me and answered all my questions . In the midst of being helped , he let another peer know a customer was waiting and needed help with a diagnostic and the staff by the name of Alexa responded with “don’t you see I’m busy bro” . While I was there I didn’t feel welcomed and just saw the lack of customer service and unprofessional people there . Arnulfo had to multitask between the other customer and myself . He did a great job .

Came in here on a busy Saturday and Lily in commercial went above and beyond with providing amazing customer service. I will come only to this location in the future because all of the people working here seem very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Sebastian was great. He helped me install a car battery which I bought from another autozone where they refused to install it. He was really helpful and had great customer service. Will be considering this autozone for my future purchases.

Stopped by for some parts and manager- Selina and Sales Rep.- Arnulfo were extremely helpful and professional with my purchase, including the other Sales Representatives at the store. I highly recommend this Auto Zone location for your parts purchases.

They are lazy here. I didn’t have the tools to take off my battery and they’re suppose to do it when buying a new battery. They refused to do it. Don’t come here.
