This place has no customer service when it comes to black folks. I have been to this location many of times. Same thing, ask them a question and it’s like they don’t really want to answer. But when they kind come in they giving details by details in Spanish. My son went there tonight. To get me some brake pads. He said the man was so rude and act like he didn’t wanna help him. At first I thought it was just me. The reason why I never did the report. But once my son drove way out here to help me. And said how rude the guy was to him. That was my verification that I wasn't tripping.

Sorry I didn’t your names, there was a tall gentleman (with tats on his arms) and a Hispanic lady that worked the two days I’ve been there with my mother, both were kind and helpful enough to carry the car battery in and out for her, thank you to you Both!I did not have this experience at another auto zone on Sabo street, so I thought I would try here.

I needed to install new wipers. I watched the video and couldn't figure how to unsnap the new wipers's mechanic to latch it on my car.I went inside and asked for help and they assisted. The plastic part of the Rain-X Quantum Elite flops upwards. I thought it was connected and didn't know that particular part came up.They showed me how it worked and even put them on for me. A great place to get assistance with your vehicle. I'm glad I stopped by today.
