James and his team have been the greatest! I was at another store that was unwilling to assist on Seaford so I came to this one and it was a whole new world of great attitudes and a can-do mentality. If you need ANY assistance at all, this Autozone is the one to go to. They have a great team here that is just offering the best customer service.

I come here occasionally but when I do it is always a wait. That is my main complaint at the commercial counter.
I will stand there and just watch the managers walk right by me until I wave them down.
I ordered online and was still 10m standing at the counter.

Parts online was able to get in and out quick as everything was ready most appreciative of the good service

I love this autozone location! Ive been coming to them since i started driving. The men here are very helpful with all and any of my needs. They take the time to explain whatever issues I bring to them while also finding me the best prices. They give me more information than my mechanics do and I always walk out on a positive note with them!

The staff were very helpful & courteous. I needed windshield wipers & it's been raining. I am mourning the loss of my 14 year companion who passed away yesterday due to animal cruelty. The lady Stella heard me out with so much compassion. The older gentleman was so nice & exchanged my wipers for me. Very kind & was needed at this time of my life.

Woke up to a dead battery and was able to get my battery replaced under warranty and installed the same day and still make it to work on time. Thanks Larry and James.

If you are a young or minority automotive business owner, don't come to this store. Manager Larry was a complete D head. He tried to ring me up with a complementary discount instead of thought my commercial discount which was a huge difference in price. I told him, this isn't commercial and he tried telling me it was, but I've beening this for years. I know how commercial looks and works by now. After I showed him the commercial price in my phone he was like, alright, let's make some phone calls then. I was like good, it'll ring to my phone since I'm the owner. So I syead of calling the number on my profile he calls my home store and of course they glady verify I'm the owner. The look on Larry's face. I've had managers verify if I'm authorized, but man this guy is either a racist or just a huge jerk

I got in, got my part, and out the door in less than 5 minutes. Convenient location, prices in line with other similar places. The person who helped me and went to pull my order from the back was very friendly and helpful.
