Walked in here and was able to get quick and accurate help from the friendly manager within 5 minutes! We had spent over two hours at advanced auto parts with the most incompetent employee who was no help with a battery issue after installation (car wouldn't start or we would've have left instantly) Ran down the road and showed this AutoZone manager a picture and he had the problem solved almost instantly, will never make the mistake of going anywhere else again!

I’d like to start off by saying i do come here often and the customer service is always very great. today was even better i came in and mark greeted me and helped me right away. Mark was extremely hospitable and friendly. i’ll be continuing to come here for great service!

When I tell you Chris has the best customer service ever. This man is so patient and kind. He goes out his way to satisfy the customers. I wish we had more men in the world like him!!!

My husband waited in line for 30 minutes just to buy some windshield wipers. Their receipt machine on the self checkout was malfunctioning, and instead of helping my man get his receipt when he asked, they checked out several long-winded customers that came in after him before getting him his receipt.

This is a great shop - my favorite location. Today Jacob and Ryan took their time to help us diagnose the issue with my blinker. Part of the wheel-well cover had come loose and afterwards the blinker began to malfunction. We weren’t sure if some of the wiring had been damaged or…. Both Jacob and Ryan were amazing - great, friendly and professional attitudes and very knowledgeable. After several tries, they diagnosed the issue and were able to locate and retrieve my blinker bulb inside the headlight assembly - and plugged it back in for me. It corrected the issue and I didn’t even need to buy another bulb - but I did - just in case! Will be back here anytime I have an issue!
